You always find out new stuff, that's what I love about FNV.

@TheBasterdBrothers There are 2 types of skill books in the game. Skill Magazines boost your skill by 10 for one minute (handy if you are 10 under a required lockpick/science). Skill Books increase your skill by 3 forever. I'm pretty sure the Skill Books don't have a description while the Magazines do, so that should make it easy to tell them apart.

i honestly think the next quest is freaking impossible it's a fetch quest to different vaults in the region one of which has been barricaded with desks and lockers and i have no idea how to get past it it's one of those times where a map would've been useful so as it stands i'm level 2o something and still no power armor well i guess it's better than operation anchorage in fallout 3 with the armor that never needs repairing that i got at level 10 i think
