Swapping out the 4 12s for 2 15 Kicker L7s with Hifonics Brutus bxi1606d

with 3 inch coil's

compared to these 2.5 inch copper wound POS coil's.

Why do people on here keep using those little azz boxes for Kickers with the too small ports. Man if you tried to compete against someone that had a clue, you'd lose to one ported 12!

@kody1234567891011 Personally I've never had a fosgate woofer that i didn't burn, but their amps are the shit. the L7s i think are the best way to go especially because of their power handling even when you compare the 15 to the 12

@kody1234567891011 if you have room go with the cvr's people just dnt know how to deal with them and the p3's are not to bad but the l7 are a good choice to but to over priced and the 15" cvrs will sound louder i tell you because i have both the l7 12" subs and the 15in cvrs look at my vids the cvrs are way louder then my l7's

I'm not gonna say no, cus two of those 12 are puttin in WORK in that civic, but I'm more than happy with the 15s any way, so i'll just pick up another pair later!

the 4 12's probably wasnt ported but the to 15's are ported which makes the difference

Word, if he ported it he would have gained 4 x 3db (12db) which is like 12 x louder.

hey bro i think you maybe have felt the hits alot harder with 4 12's than 2 15's for the reason that you would have been moving alot more air because you would have more cone area rather than 2 15's. if you were to have put them in a 12cu ft box ported im sure you would have been louder than 2 15's. the box you had them in was only about 6 cu ft and seald NO GOOD. BUT CANT GO BAD WIT 2 15'S
