You put how much on a spoon?
I eat the whole spoon with a PILE of Vegemite on it, straight from the jar, and then I eat another...
It takes me about 4 or so days of casual gnawing while at the computer, to get through a 500 gram jar.
I have not put it on toast or bread for ages.
