B1 and B2 segments are more commonly referred to as the Upper Middle and Middle Class which is also the mainstream working class in the 15-20 urban cities & towns of Pakistan. The major product of Karachi Golf City is the 300 sq.yd plot which is middle class's preferred size. We'll welcome any suggestions that you may have for our project.
The difference in economic classes has existed since the beginning of time. The prime reason for this difference is not the lack of opportunity or luck but education and guidance. Pakistan is one of those developing countries where the class difference is too wide. Other reasons that have played a role are of polito-legal nature. You may very well understand how it has been since the last 62 years. But at the same time development for the betterment of Pakistan must also go on.

All I wish is that in Pakistan we are not going to have a gulf between rich and poor.
