  • @HoopsEntertainment She should get nothing putting her child in danger like that.. if you watch it closely it looks like she did it on purpose.. probably to try to get a payout. If you got a kid in a stroller.. hold it .. duh... doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure that out.

  • looks like she purposefully did it to me... and the no-reaction time while the train is coming in... It looks like she was endangering her own kids life to try to get a payout.

  • The baby survived unharmed.

  • Every platform is sloped with big gaps between the platform and the train.. It has always been that way. Crap.

  • It's to help with the water drainage.

  • @ravens11

slope it the other way around and have drains

  • Eltron this is a time to joke about u people r sick even though its a little joke what if ur borther..son who ever was the person down da track would u jke about da,?? anyway Dis is really sad and even though i dnt kno da baby it stil hurts u cuz I gt a niece da fell down da stairs and broke her leg :( But shes ok now Poor mother i kno wah it feels like good thing the baby is ok..x

  • That wouldn't have happened if she stayed in the kitchen.

  • All railway platforms that are not underground, have a slight slope towards the pit (tracks) so that rain water does not pool.

Not one comment on the poor train driver who was just doing his job and has a closeup view of this whole thing He jumps down expecting to find mince meat. Luckily that wasn't the case .....this time. I've been in his position many times with less favorable outcomes. Just keep the perambulator (look it up), pram, stroller or what ever parallel to the platform edge please

  • that floor was a totally mess i mean the baby went right down to the railroad like a free fall :S

  • lol

  • how the fuck could she not see it rolling away dumb bitch, shes so lucky

  • Because this was posted by an actual news service, I'm sure it's real, but by now I've seen other purported CCTV scenes on YouTube which were staged, although in real settings. If I'd encountered this elsewhere, I'd be dubious about it, since the front of the stroller is covered by a draped cloth so you can't see if a baby is actually in it or not.

  • 29kellyjo... I was not rude when i wrote my comment. I just meant what it said. I feel sorry for the poor baby for having such an IDIOT for a mother!! You can see in the vid that she notices the cot is moving and she doesn't do anything until its PUM! too late! I'm not perfect (as you say), but I have never put anyone in asuch a dangerous situation and I never would. If that means I'm perfect to you, then perfect I am. DO be sensible! Don't be the IDIOT the baby's mother is.

  • Just goes to prove what most people take for granted, it takes just a couple of seconds for some terrible things to happen. Parents have to be on guard at all times. Thank God the baby is alive. That poor ladies heart must have died three times over. Hope she'l be able to hold her baby again soon.

  • Ah poor woman.Thank god,the baby is still alive! Its a miracle.

  • She should've put the brakes on, sure, but what that mother must have been feeling at that moment is unbearable.

  • wat is wrong wit u watch ur baby

  • Silly woman!

  • You sir, are an idiot.

  • My question is "Why is the platform sloped towards the rails and not away from the tracks??!!"

I suggest a rethink on the design of all railway platforms.

  • @redimail It's to help with water drainage.

  • @redimail

hey shut up, thats my question

find your own question. im the only one to ask why the platform is sloped towards the train track lol

  • @bigbother1 lol!

  • @MiSzManDyPanDy

    lol

the nerve of some people to steal my question

    love you now kiss me

  • @redimail

    ABSOLUTELY!

We can put drainage in the center of the platform and then carry it to storm sewer easily. There's no need to have it sloping toward the train. It can lead to these accidents as well as people tripping into the train's path.

  • water runoff, but i understand what you're saying@redimail

  • @redimail its not sloped. it was very windy that day. i forgot where i saw the long news story about this but they showed the wind pushing the stroller earlier and the mom pulling the stroller back.

  • @redimail Probably to divert the rain, using a drain system would be inefficient for such a large surface. But yeh definitely a redesign is needed, I've seen children chase balls all the way to the edge.

  • LOL @ everyone who is saying that she wanted to kill the baby! WTF?! Why would she do that? LOL XD

  • that train pwned that baby!!!!!

  • so thankful that the baby is alive and well. its really a miracle. it must been a very traumatic experience for the mom... wonder whats the brand of that pram? Valco or Phil n Teds? :)

  • she didnt put the brakes on- it is the mothers fault not the company

  • i don't think she wanted to kill the baby she was just being alittle stupid and naive that forgot to put the security lock of the stroller's weel

  • to evey one that said she was trying to kill her baby...WAKE UP and get a life. These things happen. Maybe there should be a barrier of some kind to stop this happening ever again. And thank god the baby way ok.

  • lo keria matar pero se le cebo

  • She wanted to kill the baby. It's painfully obvious.

  • Lol with this American news reporter saying this story the way she is, it gives Australia a really bad name lol. But im from Australia. But saying that, Americans do idiotic things a million times a day and are on the news. They must feel so ashamed ROFL!!

  • YOUR FUCKING RETARDED!

  • el creador (a)es el dueño de nuestras vidas, gracias MADRE por no darle ese dolor tan inmenso a esa mami

  • that stroller went pretty fast... was it the slope or the wind that pushed it so fast toward the tracks.

  • i think from what i can see the plattaform was kinda curvy plus like you said the wind was part of that too

  • It makes me like cottage cheese even more.

  • What brand was the pram?

  • Yes it is. Its also called a 'buggy' :)

  • I never knew stroller is called pram in the UK

  • It is an amazing video. That is one lucky baby..

  • This is what happened:

The mother had the pram in front of her, and she let go of it to just pull up her trousers. Suddenly the wind (which obviously came from the train which was approaching) is what caused the pram to roll off the platform and on to the tracks.

They say that the child managed to survive because it was still strapped into the pram, and also because the driver managed to quickly slam on the emergency brake.

  • what moved the pram??? it did look like the mother ACCIDENTALLY hit it with her foot. all that matters is that the baby survied

  • It could have simply just rolled on it's own if the platform was slightly slopped or something. But then again, she could have knocked it accidentally. As long as the baby is alright though, that's what matters.

  • IDIOT!

Who u calling fucking stupid when i`m just stressing my personal opinion??

Its not like she pushed it onto the tracks!! She diverted her attention for 2 seconds and unfortunately this was the outcome. A huge mistake and something she will have to live with forever. We all make mistakes `dumbass` now go and abuse someone else.

  • That's not the point...it was still 150 years ago...the point is it was abolished in the US 150 years ago, not just recently as ikilledmileycyrus made it sound in their comment regaurding racism and slavery.

  • Search for Edward Current's video 'Test Your Faith-Vision' on youtube. It ties in with all the religious comments here perfectly!

I sometimes wonder if a god exists, does he only want the stupid, self righteous ignorant humans to live forever with him?

  • good thing a bump to a child head is no big deal :/

  • If it were me, and since I believe that this was a mistake and could easily happen to anyone, I would be thankful for a bump on the head. Its like when you get into a terrible car accident and baby escapes with a broken arm, you are thankful they are alive!!!!!

  • the mother will be rich selling this story..and with that money she can buy a brain and some glasses

  • Lucky, lucky, lucky! No, not a miracle. If a god had intervened, it should have stopped it happening altogether. No, this was a moment of luck, for which we should be grateful.

  • yeah man don't blame the mother, these things happen that's why we're human. Thank GOD the child was safe.

    Subhanallah

  • in australia we say fair go cmon you lot the poor women will be cut up enough cut her some slack just be thank full what happned what ever your belief that this one worked out well

  • that poor woman, she must have been terrified. That would be so traumatizing, seeing your baby dragged away by a train, and killed for all you know. Thank goodness the baby was alright.

  • I wouldn't call that a miracle at all. Against one lucky event - baby got protected by pram - there are so many unlucky events coinciding one after another. Very windy day, mum with stroller stops to fix her pants, she leaves stroller directed towards railways, she forgets to apply breaks, stroller accelerates surprisingly fast and when lady realizes it her foot slips so she can't catch it! And as if all this wasnt enough, train arrives just moment after stroller falls onto tracks!

  • Listen to the people that say the mother is stupid... think again it could happen to anyone... jsut becarful that anyone could be you!....

  • You should be pushed under a train for being such an idiot. I am sure you and all the other idots being rude have never made a mistake in your entire lives!!! Especially not one that affected anyone else, no, I am sure you are perfect!

  • Praise be to God Almighty

  • Comment removed

  • crazy aussies lol

  • Well the lady was fixing her damn pants on she should have made sure the damn lock was on

  • I am sure you have never done anything stupid in your entire life!!! Can you say igonorant!

  • This isn't the full video. When she first arrives at the station she pushes the pram away from the platform. It was a windy day and only a sudden gust of wind that pushed the pram forward.

  • This is an obvious accident. All the people who are saying it is the mom's fault, I am sure that is exactly how she feels and is counting her blessings. Had anything happened to the baby, I am sure she would never forgive herself!s

  • Wow, there are a lot of comments on this video, as well as a lot of ignorant people in this world! Everyone has their own religious preference so I won't even comment on whether or not there was higher power involved in all of this. To ikilledmileycyrus, are you stupid? Slavery was abolished in 1865, racism was still an issue for years to come but no slavery!

  • God gives you so many blessings that they are uncountable.

    stay blessed.

God gives you so many blessings that they are uncountable.

    stay blessed

  • fuck me '

  • I lold.

  • and I'm not a racist, I'm a motherfucking realist. It's not racist that I dont like Lebs in Australia because they are violent and sell drugs on our streets, turning people into fiends and making our communities degrade... Its not my fault I'm sick of them sailing over on boats illegally and ruining our country by adding more statistics to the crime percentage.

  • I would have to say America, wasn't slavery only recently made illegal?

  • anybody that siad this was done on purpose is clearly slow it was an misstake it could have happend to any mother just be happy the baby is alive and not really that hurt everyone makes mistakes so just calm down

  • some people just hate everyone any kind hearted person would feel for this woman and child the same morons who cry for this baby and call this mother bad were probably hoping for that kid to fall out of the balloon yesterday

  • Wow!! I had no idea that there are so many 'saints' in this world who NEVER make mistakes and have NEVER done anything that they later regretted. What a bunch of self-righteous hypocrites. As is always the case - those who are most unforgiving are the very ones most in need of forgiveness. Some of you may have felt all puffed up after watching this video - believing that - in comparison to that women - YOU are 'something special'. But rest assured - it's only YOU who thinks that highly of you.

  • man how lucky is she ..one split second could end a life ..use ure head train coming hold the pram for gods sake pull ure pants up later ..this is an act of god to save the kid ....is this a reality check .....

  • There will be no second chance.

  • Stupid MOM

    Stupid MOM

    Stupid MOM

    Stupid MOM

    Stupid MOM

Fucking lady children, I dont know why God give children to these stupid girls.

  • Wow thats amazing....just cant beleive that that kid didnt get hurt

  • She was holding on to the stroller at all times. You can clearly see that she even went so far as to keep the stroller parallel to the tracks. She moves the stroller a few degrees to prepare to board the train, which was seconds away from arriving.

The train is loud and moving fast. For thoseFOUR seconds the mother and the other passengers are looking at the train as the stroller is nudged by the wind towards the track.

This is not a mother acting stupidly. Cmon people, cut her slack.

  • I dont see any invisible text saying 'just kidding'

She almost killer her child because she let go of her stroller. I hope you are kidding when you say cut her some slack. You never let go of a stroller at a train station ESPECIALLY when a train is arriving!

  • do you have kids?

  • God was looking out for this little one on Thursday.

Poor mom ... turns her head, stroller rolls away, her foot slips, the train comes just at that moment.

Dang... there are a whole lot of variables that could have made this a very sad story.

To the haters... The words, "I just turned my head for a second" have probably precluded every tale of woe about a child's accident.

Her body language and confusion clearly show - she's almost paralyzed with shock for a moment.

  • if god existed or cared this wouldn't have happened in the first place!!

  • Thank you "eurabio" that is just what I wanted to say. Thank you stroller for keeoing a baby safe.

  • bro i agree with you

  • Exactly! There's no such thing as God. People are just as stupid as the Incas and the Aztecs were with their Sun Gods and Rain Gods. It's all bullshit!!!

  • agreed, what the hells up with all these ignorant idiots. Its not the so called 'Blessing' from God avethat sd the kid it was because the pram is high enough to hit the bumper of the train therefore it got dragged 40m but the kid wasnt nearly high enough to even touch the bottom of the train to be hit by it. If that kid had been lying onthe rails it'de be a complete different situation. hence the kid was unharmed except for the bump due a rock flinging to its head while being dragged probably.

  • People do stuff like this all the time to kill their kids and make it look like an accident because they don't want the responsibility of having them anymore. Fucking wake up people. This was all done on purpose. Or are you all a bunch of stupid kids yourselves that don't know any better? I think so!

  • What. a. dumbass. WOMAN

  • MICHAEL JACKSON SAVED THIS BABY :3

  • what a great mom

  • this is ridiclous, the fact that a pram with shopping bags on the back off it rolled sooo fast on a flat surface confuses me?

does any body agree with my statement?

  • stupid bitch :(

  • why many people say that the mother is stupid?

these things happen everyday (accidents with babies/childeren)

and its happen in a fraction of a second

i am glad the baby is alright and hope the mother learned her lession

  • It makes me realise that Michael is up there watching over us. Heal the world.

  • would you like your death filmed for the entire world?

  • He didn't die?..

  • when the train came and i saw the mothers reaction i shed a tear

  • the baby survived with minor injuries... i think cz it fell in the middle ...

  • This mother is either exceptionally STUPID or there was malicious intent. Watch the beginning closely. Mothers have second instinct when in control of a pram with their pride and joy onboard. The pram is in the correct position to begin with you know its not rolling into danger. then she manoeuvres it toward the oncoming train then lets go!!!!!. How weird is that. Get Columbo on the blower now!

  • Stupid lady

  • OH!

    MY!

    GOD!!

  • Am english but do i care

  • Why do Americans think the world revolves around them when we all know it revolves around England!!!???

  • RustyDef90, the world and the universe revolves around the U.S.A...always! : -)

  • Dumb bitch must have been askin the other dumb bitch next to her.. "I think I should reduce my butt a bit" or "Hey how's my new pair of heals?".. yea babe they look hot.. in fact they almost killed your innocent baby!!..

  • LOL!.. exactly dude.. anything bad happens its Satan's work!!.. How the fuck do they know that such things(God and Satan) even exists?.. Dumbness.. Its all science man.. some strap thing in the stroller saved that baby not some God..

  • I think you are thinking too high level about the facts. Yes science and physics played a role in what happened but how it impacts her life afterwards is where religion comes in. She nearly loss her baby because of poor judgement. She will pray and give thanks to god for this turning out good instead of bad. I don't think satan was involved in this. It was just poor judgement and physics but God will definitely impact her life in the future because she feels indept to him more than ever before.

  • Hmm that's there.. she will surely do that.. but I PERSONALLY think its a waste of time.. what's done is done!!.. And its on cam btw!!..

  • JPVinny1234 is right that the woman will probably thank some god for this all turning out okay. If not her, others in similar situations.

    The arrogance is unbelievable.

"Thank you God! Even though thousands of children died today through disease, accidents or natural disasters, I'm so special you spared my child! If he had been killed, I might have stopped believing in you. I'm well aware of all the weeping mothers who HAVE seen their children die, but the universe revolves around me!"

  • Why are the stupid having the most kids? why? why? why?

  • Blockygraphics

your one of those stupid pieces of shit that shouldnt be american

cuz all you do is make the rest of us look bad.

now stfu. learn how to read. and stop being a bitch.

  • the video says Australia, you closed minded dumb fuck face american douche

  • Comment removed

  • some ppl here atr so sick!!

everyone who think his mother wanted that should be thrown in front of this train

  • mother of the year!

  • "I was dropped on my head when I was a kid."

"Yeah, well I was hit by a train!" haha

  • that's gonna be a funny story when the baby gets older!

  • At first she has the stroller sideways, like most parents would, but than turns it so it points to the train, then lets go. I don't know if its on purpose, but it was dumb. Plus, all the people around do nothing? "oh a baby just got hit by a train, let me just grab my bag and slowly go check it out." what a crazy story. I do know that from now on, I will double check my babys strapped in and the wheel locks are on!!!

  • @werfly1: Nobody does nothing for a simple reason: The Bystander Effect

  • What's a pram?

  • It's a baby stroller.

  • She was trying to murder her kid. It's so obvious! It's the same thing with women who have dropped their babies into Niagara Falls over the years and claimed they felt "dizzy" and didn't know what happened. Well, who the hell leans over the railing at Niagara Falls with a very small baby in their arms???? It's just people who want to get rid of their kids and trying to do it in a non-obvious way. I have no sympathy for these people.

  • your sick!! how could you even think of that???

  • And you're slightly naive. Watch the video again, and more closely.

  • Comment removed

  • okay watched it closely and still dont agree with you!! i think id much rather be naive than so suspicious i suspect every mother of trying to kill her child! there is still some "normal" people in the world!

  • It's got nothing to do with being suspicious - it's her actions. Be naive, I really don't care. Naivety is what other people look for, just like this woman in the video.

  • Q ue curioso ver como todos se alejan un poco del lugar menos la madre 0.25 seg.

  • I see it all the time.... mothers... and I DO understand that moms have alot on their minds... but lets not be stoooopid!! When you are on a train platform, there is only 1 (count em 1) thought process that you should have and that is "I AM NOT GOING TO GET HIT BY A TRAIN TODAY". Same for when you are in the street.... on a helicopter pad.... etc.

  • So lucky !!! Imagine the agnoy she must have had while thinking my baby is dead !!!

I would not want to wish such a thing upon my worse enemie!!!

  • the fall wasnt hundred percent.. she should of slipped better. Maybe If she wore different shoes she could of made it . (lame) lol

  • Dam,that happened so fast...! EOM

  • it looks like she did it on pourpose! the timing was to exact for it 2 be a coincidence! even that slip she had looked unreal...

  • I have kids bottom line.. You have to take more care. I mean COme on!! She was at a train station with her kid... For God Sake!!! stop backing her up!!!

  • If you had kids maybe you'd understand that things, accident's JUST happen.

  • Does someone knows the brand of the stroller?

  • it looks like a phil & teds to me x

  • Yeah stupid response... it can happen to anyone shes careless bottom line..

  • She prob forgot to put on the brakes and the vibrations from the train made the stroller roll it aint her fault you're just ignorant she was obviously distraut it can happen to any one . Ignorance is contagious

  • You mean like being too ignorant to pay attention to your baby?

  • come on that happened in like 2 seconds. This is an accident.

  • Well she might as well of pointed it at the train.. thanks for that....

  • hahaha "miley"

    Totally off the subject now..

you dont have a problem with lebs but u come up with "Dirty Lebs". Absolute Moron you are..... Fuckin Moron

  • Aboriginies First Here most Aussies Dumb Cunts like you who have lttle brains dont realise that when they say wog or something like that.. im sure everyone would agree with me and not your racist cunt comments hiding behind your computer playing with yourself...

  • Firstly "ikilledmileycyrus"Im Catholic Lebanese and born here And Much more Aussie then you Fuckwit fuck for brains If your not aboriginie Get the fuck out of the country spastic....

The mothers fault full stop! No excuses dont give a fuck if it happened in a split second, its her fault! Watch the Fuckin Pram

  • Australia, the country was founded by Europeans, not aborignies. The people who built the cities and roads, the institutions that make Australia a first rate country were Europeans. The aborgorginie people were mistreated but were living in the stone age, their treatment was no worse than that of any conquered race in history. The fact is, the people that made Australia a country worth moving to, were Europeans and their offspring. Its just a fact. Not pc, but a fact.

  • Not just Europeans, people from the middle east, Asia, and others have had a massive influence on Australian culture/development.

  • Gotta love religious stupidity.

When trains kill people, does that disprove a god or angels?

Come on, be consistent and thank your god for letting thousands of kids die today. If you want him taking credit for this, he can take credit for that too.

  • I totally agree.

If there is such a great GOD why the hell did this happen in the first place and why is the world such a messed up, horrible place?

    Thank God my arse!!

  • Because God has given us the free will to decide what choices we shall make during our living. If he had it all planned, there is not much point in living is there. God didn't fck up the world. We did.

    Greed, ftw

  • QuickD34th, it takes two words to destroy your argument.

    Natural disasters.

Our 'free will' doesn't control tsunamis, volcanoes, earthquakes, disease, etc, which existed long before humans came on the scene.

If it's the Biblical god people are trying to promote here, all the stories in the Bible of God killing innocent children should make it clear that if he exists and had anything to do with our lives, he'd be the one making sure accidents claimed more lives, not the other way round.

  • Why are people blaming the mother?

She only took her eyes off for a second and the pram rolled away really fast. It wasn`t her fault.

  • Because she pointed it at the train and it almost looks like she wanted to kill her baby. If I wanted to take my hands off for a second, i'd look and see if it was level ground first, how stupid. That's why we blame the mother. It was 100% her fault.

  • God didnt save the baby..

She had a roll cage installed not long ago for things like this.

  • Typical Dumb Aussie Mums, How about you keep on eye on what your doing with the pram rather then worrying about painting your nails if thats what she was doin or scratching her arse...

  • shut the fuck up you dirty leb, get the fuck out of my country and take your filthy knife carrying drug dealing cousins with you

  • wow is that really the lebanese people's reputation in Australia?...what a shame! i am sickened by his response...but u shouldn't be rude like him
