  • Uematsu is the composer for the music. Sakaguchi is the director. What more could you ask for? This game has 2 of Squeenix's biggest players on its side. I'm a die hard FF fan also, but this game is too good to be overlooked.

  • Wow, your screen name say's it all. I'll give this game a try. There hasn't been a good FF game since 8 (In my oppinion) FF12 sucked. Story line is the god damn same as the other ones before it. My only hope is that kingdom hearts stay's fresh and not lame like the new FF's.

  • erm FFX is the best story ive ever seen on any console...so im hoping this game takes the same story...improves it..and puts in into a flashy turn based combo with great graphics..this game might be better than the ff series..since the greatest minds of the ff series are behind this

  • You are a fan boy.... You are missing out on the games from microsoft and nintendo. My point is don't be loyal to one brand. They exist to please you, not for you to worship. Play what you want when you want: Zelda/Mario go with nintendo, FF/ Metal Gear go with Sony, Halo/Gears go with Microsoft. Please work toward to goal of earning all 3 yourself not beg and hate the rest.

  • Sakaguchi has stated that the combat system in this preview is not representative of the final version. This shows only the very basic mechanics that were drafted together in order to created the preview of the game. Therefore the combat system will be alot more in depth, and yes this is ingame footage and is currently running at 80% of its capability. This game is looking very promising.

  • This game looks great imo, but i completely lost interest when i saw the battle system. I think they took a step backwards. It's just FFX with better graphics and more people. I wanted an action oriented FF, like FFXIII. I hope they make it not so time based cuz i'm really interested in this game.

  • yeah just like how the giant crab was part of real japanese history. don't it's weak spot for massive damage. All the systems will do great. I plan on getting all three so PSWii360 ftw!

    Bro you got fooled just like me didn't you? You honestly thought it was CGI? I thought so to, until it the camera panned out and to the back of the character, and switched seamlessly to the battle system.

  • Amazing how CG ran into actual gameplay. I usually do not like turn based games and could only tolerate KOTR's stytle. I may actually break down and get a JRPG after watching that.

  • That is because it is turn based dude. Also, the frame rate isn't up where it should be yet. Also, notice that there are no cuts from where Kaim is running to where the gameplay actually starts. :)
