  • wow this is a wonderful version - big man had the delay nailed! anyone got any idea which gig this was, and if there are any recordings?

  • To 111chazz. He's my brother and yours too. Miss him. Play his geniuis all the time.

  • All you youngsters listen carefully to the master. A man who never sold out his passion for music for he certainly could have made megabuks. He followed his heart and poured out his soul for us all to relate. He only really sings what we all think and feel if we could just tare away the veneer that separates us from being ONE WORLD. We are all here on this little sphere, a blink in time, it could be so sublime, but we put up the old barriers and shatter dreams. It's the WAY OF THE WORLD.

  • why do anglo-saxon crowds always have some twit who lets out one of those dumb "Whoa!" screams whenever he/she feels fit... even in Martyn's sublime, intimate moments?

  • just awesome! thanks for posting this!

  • I love it, Small hours intro and then One world.

  • Erm, sorry, should have looked at the title-1991.

    Still, thanks again.

  • Fabulous, pure JM, and interesting...when and where?

Vocal tone + band behind seems to imply in mid 80s ...?

Thanks for posting this. John had quite a few quite differnt treatments of this great piece of music.

The delay setting is definitely longer between echoes than most other versions. Thanks very much for posting this.
