@markG7008 go back to modio 3. modio 4 beta isnt the best right now. what you need to do to make it work is to do your windows updates (click little windows icon in the bottom left corner of the screen, go to all programs, and find windows update, then search for updates.) only download the dot net frame work updates (its actually a . not the word dot but you tube doesnt let you put that in comments so ya.) once downloaded right click on modio and choose run as administrator and it will work.

@convict2282 the weapons dont work becaause you selected weapons that don't exist in gta 4 that are in the ballad or the lost and damned such as the aa12 with melee weapons you can only use bat or knive no pool que, etc.

@convict2282 these mods are COMPLETELY different from the mods your talking about. the ones you are refering to (car mods, etc.) require you to take apart your xbox and risk breaking it. it requires a decent amount of money, skill, and hours of work. It's not simple usb mods like this. these mods are single player only and you can have them on ANY account and be connected to live and talking to people without gettin banned. Put on your OG gt it doesn't matter. mods you want are called iso mods.

@robot0624 yes you do. You need it to download modio because it is in the .zip format which winrar allows you to open. Some peoples computers may come with another software to open .zip or . rar files but most do not so technically most people do need it.

@thebeastking3345 if you cannot drag the file into the explore a device menu the alternative is to right click on the spot where the file you deleted was and choose insert file. Then click on the modded save and it will put it in there. Sorry for the inconvenience.

@snakedeadly Yes you are right these are beginner mods. I usually choose beginner mods to show tutorials for so i can help new modders get started. Instead of just helping people who for the most part already know what they're doing. I've done very advanced modding before but i perfer to flash drive mods on here.

@TheRiiIOT Right click the spot where sgta400 was BEFORE you deleted it then like i said right click, then press insert or insert manually then go to where ever you saved the file and double click it. It will then have the same effect as dragging it in without actually dragging it in.

@OfficialSexyShades just follow the instructions. But if your refering to surviving jumping off of buildings this is not for that and that modding is a much longer taking process called iso mods but this video shows how to do it to survive bullets and some types of explosions.

@ThaGamerBoi You still die from falling no matter what usb mods you have. The only thing to survive falling damage would be ISO mods which take a long time to do. They also require you to open your xbox 360. It's up to you if you want to do that then look up "How to ISO mod gta 4". Thanks for the comment and have a great day!

@NerdsWithAttitudee you must make a modio account then go to download a game save. as for the error message you need to install DOTNET (the dot is actually a .) Framework updates. To do that go to the windows icon at the bottom left corner of the desktop. Then click all programs, find microsoft (or windows) update and when your in there click check for updates then install all of the dotnet framework updates that pop up
