Of course lip syncjing here. The music is identical to the single that was released. Not live. That is always the giveaway. Sad to say that most of the performances of even the older rock bands were recorded and synched. Sometimes vocals sung, but music played and recorded was identical to studio version, and rarely live, especialy on TV. Just look at the clips on youtube. Hard to find true live performances from the past.

I don't think it's lip synching. I think it's a live performance that they didn't have a good sound quality for so they edited in the studio version over top of it. If you look at her face, (3:36) you can see she's singing parts that aren't in the sound here. Then again, I could be completely wrong.
