    However you need to eat right...or at least foods that are low cal.

    to remain the same weight a man must eat 2500 calories a day (women is 2000)

    so if you eat less then that amount you will slowly lose weight

    Exercising is awesome as well but not needed unless you want fast results

    In the past month ive lost around 10lbs

    but Ive gained muscle from working out. so I have gained and lost

    my belt size was on the third notch about to be second and now its the fifth!

  • Im using crevax to help me lose weight. It works great. I lost 30 pounds in a month.

    work out more

    drink a lot of water

    problem solved

    oh yes. and don't expect to change your body in a day

    try 3-6 months or years, for its a lifestyle choice to get fat, and it's a LIFE style choice to be skinny.
