I don’t think that many people care about what they drink or consumed in their bodies; they know drinking it may cause cancer, but they still drink it anyway.
I find it sometimes more surprising that they know how dangerous it is and yet they continue to buy and even give it to their children.
I have been taking D3 5k nightly for almost a year. This was my Dr. regiment and what this man is saying is 100% correct. No flu shot in five years, no more CYST in my breast, along with SUPER B COMPLEX my energy level is crazy.

I will eat, and drink what ever the hell I want. I'm not letting this fake doctor tell me what to do. I've been drinking soda my whole life and I am perfectly healthy.
@Gdayguy36 hes not a fake doctor lol and he wasn't the one to discover all the things he talked about in this video. Go ahead and eat what you want..no one is stopping you!
@nswe2002 But Dr. OZ is often inaccurate with his medical claims. His web site is also fraud which does not post any contradictory scientifically based statements.
@happyguync Most centenarians had relatively unhealthy lifestyles and smoked. During the 70s, children consumed huge quantities of refined sugar and soft drinks and the rates of diabetes was far lower than today. Why? as children we were very active. He is absolutely wrong on the swine flu. Most mutations generally weaken viruses. Mutations that cross species often occur in situations where people live or work in close proximity to animals such as pigs or birds with RNA viruses.
I think it is a financial question as well as a cultural one. Unprocessed healthy foods are really expensive in America. In Europe there are regulations on the foods that are allowed to be sold. but America .... free market .... sounds good but it makes that selling crappy products is less expensive then selling the heatlhy products, thus it is more likely for poor people or even money-savers to buy foods that are unhealthy and loaded with fats and sugars (a cheap way to alter a product).
@lmfishe I sympathize with you but just remember this: you can pay the cost of food or pay the price of sickness, and the price of sickness is MUCH more expensive. Do the best that you can with what you have. It will be worth it. My father just lost $1,500 worth of work this past week because he's in the hospital and he's spent who knows how much money on health bills the past several years. But it's not just about the money; sickness is exhausting for you and your entire family.
@lmfishe Per listed serving, processed foods may be cheaper, but if we compared by how full processed made us vs non-processed foods, maybe the non-processed foods come out ahead? I know that when I each more vegetables, fruits, lean meats, beans, etc I eat way less food overall and don't feel as inclined to snack as when I eat processed and lower-nutrition foods. People talk about eating the whole box of cookies/pint of ice cream, but you don't hear that they ate the whole pound of asparagus.
@5w33ti3 hmm, I realize that my cookie/ice cream vs asparagus comparison isn't fair.... let's say, when I eat a bowl of cheerios or a breakfast pastry (ex. pop tart) for breakfast, I get hungry again very quickly and grab something else to eat within 2 hours. If I eat a 3 egg white omelet filled with broccoli/spinach/peppers, I am satiated for many more hours.
could the lower health care costs in other countries be due to rationing? and not from people being healthier? people would be healthier if the info they get was accurate and really addresses the real culprit of obesity. chronic malnutrition and fear of sun and natural saturated fats. cal in and cal out has been disproven so long it gets tiresome hearing about it. I agree with the sugar thing. excess in blood causes radical damages and a.g.e.s. bike paths to store would be great!
wow, that's good stuff.

Take Coca-Cola as an example.
It does not have any nutritional value.
It is high in sugar.
10-12 teaspoons of sugar per can.

if food wasn't so expensive I would buy healthier foods. Processed foods or produce...which is more pricey?
