It seems that around 40 years old men really start to show the signs of aging and then we see a constant aging change from here on out. The laser treatments are wonderful to tighten the skin, remove fine lines and remove any uneven texture. You will see a difference with laser for sure and will look more youthful. If you have a face lift, go for the full face lift with neck life and forget about a mini lift...

@MrZombieRoyalty I do not use botox, because botox does not last. I have had a upper and lower mini lift with neck lift, subnasal lip lift, nose job/rhinoplasty and laser and chemical peels...In this video, I had not had my lower mini lift with the neck lift... Also, I had a slice of extra skin cut out just under my chin to prevent sagging. I had done all this over a period of 10 yrs...I"m now 43...

@noeldnz I did not need an endoscopic forehead lift since my forhead and upper eye lids were not sagging. I only wanted the outer sides of my eyes pulled a bit. I wish he would have went in the hair line. I had to end up having a revision on the scars...Thanks again for you comment and opinion.

@Ahhapictures Hello again. Thank you for the answers. First of all, I'm confused about having it as open rhinoplasty or closed one. I think the shape of your nose has changed significantly. Therefore, your surgery must have been open rhinoplasty. Am I right? But my nose will not be as small as yours, not will change very significantly. Only the bridge (which is not big already) and the tip of the nose will be fixed. However, I want a beautiful nose too. Hope it matches my face.
@noeldnz I had open Rhinoplasty, which is much easier for the surgeon to shape the perfect nose. The Dr cut the nose open under the tip of the nose, no scar is visible. It is the best way, I think. Yet, Dr's may have their preference closed, by going up the nostril or open, cutting the tip open and laying the nose back and then shaping the nose. I like my new nose, but I still miss my old nose too. I can't have both or go back.

I'll go on a rhinoplasty operation next month and I^d like you ask some points to you if you don't mind. Besides, in 2-3 years time, I'll be looking for a upper eyelid blepharoplasty and maybe an endoscopic eye and brow lift.
@Ahhapictures I'm 25. But I think it would be late if I have rhinoplasty later anymore. For instance, I think having this operation in 38 is an old age, as you did have. But anyway, I have two candidate surgeons which of them wants to do it open while the other one prefers closed way. There are disadvantages both in two methods. I think the most important disadvantage for closed method is the higher risk of revision (seconder) rhinoplasty. But the best thing is you can see your new nose ....
@Ahhapictures ....just after the bangages are off. But in open method, you have to wait for months for the bruieses are gone and the shape of the nose is clearly seen. Furthermore, there's a scar under the tip of the nose which I'm really concerning about. How much was it long for you to have your new nose shape obviously? Several months? I also have receding of the temple areas of my hair. Looking for a FUE transplant. What would you do if you were balding??
@noeldnz It took about 2 weeks after my surgery and I could see how nice the nose was looking, after my surgery. There was very minor swelling, but noone could really tell. I have no scar from the open Rhinoplasty, plus I had the scar lasered too later.
As for hair, I'm receding as well and I do plan on having some hair transplants. I have no DR in mind yet. Not ready to spend any money on that yet.

@noeldnz I'm 43 yrs old now, this video was filmed when I was 40. I had signs of aging around my eyes. I do not suffer from body dysmorphic disorder what so ever. I clearly wanted my eyes to be tighter and I wanted a smaller nose. I'm aware of what body dysmorphic disorder is, I do not fit the description of dysmorphic what so ever. Yet, I appreciate your comment just as well.

Did the same surgeon operate to remove the scars? I think the Laser procedure you had done was amazing. I wonder if they can carry out the same procedure on mixed race skin. I'm 42 now but would love to have an even skin tone. Structurally my face is still in good condition. No sagging yet :-)
@trickyjc Yes the same surgeon did a revision. He performed a different technique. yet, I still needed some laser to tighen the scar area. As for mixed race and if your skin is not really dark, the laser may work for you. Normally they do up to 3-4 passes of laser over the skin in one session. You may be able to purchase a session and see if you can do 1-2 passes in one session and then come back for the 3-4 laser pass at a later date, but with no extra charge..
@trickyjc It was a mistake...I had to have it redone...and i still have a one small white line scar on one side...the otherside closer to the hairline is barely noticeable..
@Ahhapictures I think I'll start with the laser first. I was all big talking as a teen when this was all WAY off in the distance but suddenly this is all a reality and I'm not so brave anymore LOL! I found 20's to 40's is a surprisingly QUICK journey. A lil too quick for my liking LOL!

I have had a upper and lower mini lift with neck lift, subnasal lip lift, nose job/rhinoplasty and laser and chemical peels...In this video, I had not had my lower mini lift with the neck lift... Also, I had a slice of extra skin cut out just under my chin to prevent sagging. I had done all this over a period of 10 yrs...I"m now 43...

@noeldnz I did not need an endoscopic forehead lift since my forhead and upper eye lids were not sagging. I only wanted the outer sides of my eyes pulled a bit. I wish he would have went in the hair line. I had to end up having a revision on the scars...Thanks again for you comment and opinion.

@Ahhapictures Hello again. Thank you for the answers. First of all, I'm confused about having it as open rhinoplasty or closed one. I think the shape of your nose has changed significantly. Therefore, your surgery must have been open rhinoplasty. Am I right? But my nose will not be as small as yours, not will change very significantly. Only the bridge (which is not big already) and the tip of the nose will be fixed. However, I want a beautiful nose too. Hope it matches my face.

@noeldnz I had open Rhinoplasty, which is much easier for the surgeon to shape the perfect nose. The Dr cut the nose open under the tip of the nose, no scar is visible. It is the best way, I think. Yet, Dr's may have their preference closed, by going up the nostril or open, cutting the tip open and laying the nose back and then shaping the nose. I like my new nose, but I still miss my old nose too. I can't have both or go back.

I'll go on a rhinoplasty operation next month and I^d like you ask some points to you if you don't mind. Besides, in 2-3 years time, I'll be looking for a upper eyelid blepharoplasty and maybe an endoscopic eye and brow lift.

@Ahhapictures I'm 25. But I think it would be late if I have rhinoplasty later anymore. For instance, I think having this operation in 38 is an old age, as you did have. But anyway, I have two candidate surgeons which of them wants to do it open while the other one prefers closed way. There are disadvantages both in two methods. I think the most important disadvantage for closed method is the higher risk of revision (seconder) rhinoplasty. But the best thing is you can see your new nose ....

@Ahhapictures ....just after the bangages are off. But in open method, you have to wait for months for the bruieses are gone and the shape of the nose is clearly seen. Furthermore, there's a scar under the tip of the nose which I'm really concerning about. How much was it long for you to have your new nose shape obviously? Several months? I also have receding of the temple areas of my hair. Looking for a FUE transplant. What would you do if you were balding??

@noeldnz It took about 2 weeks after my surgery and I could see how nice the nose was looking, after my surgery. There was very minor swelling, but noone could really tell. I have no scar from the open Rhinoplasty, plus I had the scar lasered too later.
As for hair, I'm receding as well and I do plan on having some hair transplants. I have no DR in mind yet. Not ready to spend any money on that yet.

@noeldnz I'm 43 yrs old now, this video was filmed when I was 40. I had signs of aging around my eyes. I do not suffer from body dysmorphic disorder what so ever. I clearly wanted my eyes to be tighter and I wanted a smaller nose. I'm aware of what body dysmorphic disorder is, I do not fit the description of dysmorphic what so ever. Yet, I appreciate your comment just as well.

Did the same surgeon operate to remove the scars? I think the Laser procedure you had done was amazing. I wonder if they can carry out the same procedure on mixed race skin. I'm 42 now but would love to have an even skin tone. Structurally my face is still in good condition. No sagging yet :-)

@trickyjc Yes the same surgeon did a revision. He performed a different technique. yet, I still needed some laser to tighen the scar area. As for mixed race and if your skin is not really dark, the laser may work for you. Normally they do up to 3-4 passes of laser over the skin in one session. You may be able to purchase a session and see if you can do 1-2 passes in one session and then come back for the 3-4 laser pass at a later date, but with no extra charge..
