In your ps3 home screen, go to the game section, and in one of your saved data folders will be Mx vs Atv untamed. and in there you can find your profiles and delete them

reflex got 2 easy.... even i like the ideas they took the fun stuff besides supercross and motocross untamed had pit bike racing and edurocross and on all time difficulty it was a challenge reflex just makes all time a bitch mode and reflex made villopoto and others way 2 easy untamed is best

To do the backflip on the 360, hold LB (top left button) down while approaching the ramp and push down on the RS (right stick) when you are at the peak of the ramp just before you launch.

And to do the 360, hold LB down again while approaching the ramp, and at the peak of the ramp (just like the backflip) your going to push the RS in either the bottom+left or bottom+right direction just before launch.

This is how I do it playing REFLEX on the Xbox 360.
