the only reason they cut the pacient open like that was because they got a tummy tuck also. if they were just doing an umbilicoplasty (belly button surgery) they just go through the belly button, they don't cut you open

@sinful909 It's not about a perfect belly button, if you read the title carefully it says part of a tummy tuck surgery.

I lost around 145 pounds in 3 years just by exercising, I got lots of excess skin sagging around my waist.

Tell me what can I do about it? and in nowadays most of girls are after perfect body, they don't care who you're.

I'm not trying to be the most handsome guy, but at least to be acceptable and there is a nice girl will marry me.

Most of them don't give me a chance.

she wasn't having just a belly button surgery.. she was having excess skin removed from losing alot of weight or from having kids. notice all the fat under the skin. when doctors remove so much skin they have to basically make a new belly button... an actual umbilicoplasty is a minor invasive surgery where they enter through the belly button and you can return to work within 2 -3 days afterwards
