alright so...im on the 5th week of running about..3.5-4 miles everday..I do 4 sets of 30 legs lifts,situps, 4 reps of 18 push ups, then pulls up, i see the 4 pack on the top, but i dont see any work being done at the bottom..what do you say i do blake?
I try and stay away from fatty, sugar type foods. I have the worlds biggest sweet tooth though, cookies, icecream, movie theatre butter popcorn. MODERATION is the key, along with a workout routine to burn off the extras. Cardio is great!
If you want quick results everday is great. If the muscle is sore work a different muscle and let the sore ones rest. On average I workout about every other day unless I have specific goal I'm after. thanks blake adams
lots of protien, I like whey protien. Unlimited amounts of fruit and veg. Eat small meals throughout the day. I eat about 6/7 times a day when I'm training
you should make a webpage and start giving some solid info although that is what you are doing, but i think people would benefit more from a complete site. awesome vid.

hi blake, you run so much but you keep the muscle. How do you do that? i thought running will make you lose muscle?
