Thanks for putting this up, it definitely was VERY loosely based on Spiders, as there's quite a big difference in gameplay there. There was more stuff growing in the screen and it was difficult at times to shoot through the webs to get at the spiders, along with there being no bosses and all.
I'd say he did a better job than the original piece of crap that made it to the arcades!
