No its a Kyubi Rasengan Blast because all those thing that came out was Chakra and the blue's is naruto as you can tell and the red is kyubi's.He form it into a ball which Orichimaru said a mass of chakra like a Rasengan but Rasengan is used to hit people with it but instead with such Kyubi power it will be WAY WAY stronger to use a blast.

actually, the blue was chakra, and, assuming my sources are correct, the red are naruto's blood. but more to the point, rasengan literally means "spiraling sphere". Notice how the rasengan chakra rotates at high speed. this ball doesn't rotate, it's not the same move. it does, however, have a name. the Four-tails strong ball, i believe. Not an impressive name. I call it Narutian Kamehameha.
