Decimate DOES NOT mean "to kill one in every ten"!

To decimate is a very rational, emotionless term for removing something (Sometimes used in terms of food (for fun): "I decimated the apples" which can mean I ate some, many or all.)

The POINT of it is that the producers wanted to show that the master talks about human lives as if they were things, worth nothing. That is why they chose the word.

Calm down people, but I'm impressed we are discussing words on youtube on a pretty high level.
