@utopia0210 Pain is something that women all over the world (including those in the USA, especially African American women) go through. I am sure those outside the USA experience pain in ways that is unimaginable!!!! But us African American women often experience rejection and pain too. And trust me, I can relate to my sisters all over the world. We must pray for each other and give each other strength. We must let each other know that God in all his mercy loves us and will comfort us.
Another sad aspect of this song is the fact that there are a myriad of issues facing females around the world so this song could apply to any number of them: female circumcision, being forced into prostitution by your own family, oppressive arranged marriages...it's crazy!
