So and so at the moment, I've recorded a video on striking which I'll upload soon. Still looking for a partner, nobody likes the idea but I'll find one. However, there'll be that striking video and 2 videos on grapples up within the week.

Might have to add subtitles, Welsh accent is apparently hard to understand lol
