What year? this is so Slow, u don't even hit 100 on second gear, or do u have smaller tire then Original?

question, i have an 1997 mitsubishi lancer 1.5 l 12v carburated. does my car have any kind of chip like yours? as i know, mine is very not electrical but if you know some advice about how to make it runs more tell me. thanks
