If you people are havin trouble gettin to foxtrot, go to the horowitz farmstead and a follow a highway into the mountains. It'll lead you to jacobstown. And mark foxtrot and follow the marker. There are no cazadors along this route. Thumbs up so ppl can see

i did this quest and after i talked to hanlon in his office i said i would turn him in. so after i did that it showed that all the parts of the quest were complete, but the quest is still active! what the hell!?!?!?
