you should know that genotype doesn't mean anything; it's the combination of genes that come into play means something.
It's not like you decode the whole genome (and it will IMPRACTICALLY to do it to "define" quality.) and stare at it...You have to put them in their contexts (the body&environment) to see how they radiate out as traits.
But I WOULD DEFY you to do the last step, for no one, I repeat, no one in the scientific community has absolute knowledge of how genes function to give traits.

I never said it would be 100 percent top notch results. Many factors come into play, but on a broad scale, the results would be beneficial to society. It's common sense or at least it used to be.
But the social aspects are just as important, like identifying gifted individuals at an early age and promoting them in society. Now it's usually those born wealthy that get ahead.
