you might also want to look at wikipedia and read about Kosovo and how it used to be called Dardania (meaning "land of the pears") before the Slavic invasions.

the small number of churches that were attacked in Kosovo at the very end of the war were attacked because the Serbian nationalist government was daring to use those churches to hide soldiers and arms being used to terrorize albanians in a campaign of ethnic cleansing. this is well known.

we are only demanding that you stop disrespecting and diminishing the great contributions of the Arvanite Albanian Christians to the modern greek state, including the very heroes of the war of independence, Marko Bocari, Laskarina Bouboulina, Kolokotroni, etc.

it's the history of the Pelasgians we are talking about and the Phoenician Script and Pelasgian Mythology was documented by Homer in a proto-greek language that resembles Albanian more than Greek.
the history that comes after is more clear, no one is disputing that really, but what came before and how it became a new culture, that is still an open question.
