  • clever

  • 5 stars !!!!! excellent vid..very informative.. I can do 100 on my knees but I can't do one standing and i could never figure out why or how to build up to it... never to old to learn.

  • Yeah, I'm the same way, but it feels like the weak link is in my arms/shoulders/back, not my actually abs.

  • damn nice But i have done this is very diffcult before u start doing this u need to train ur abs atleast month

  • Good tutorial, the idea to move your further legs back after you have pushed up to the wall was something I never thought of. Thanks for the tutorial.

  • Thank u ur welcome

  • just follow the actions yeah im irish my accent is irish but its cool cant use subtitles im speaking english

  • thank you SIR....

  • your welcome remember train wisely

  • hey man.. thanks for sharing this. i've been trying to do the standing ab wheel, but this explains how to ease into it. thanks and God bless.

  • god bless

  • ive been training for 7 months for this, i must be doing something wrong because i dont have it yet. Its definately my upper abs im using, not lower. All the videos i see the people have no arch in the lower back, i tend to arch my lower back and abs like this ( (but horizontally of course, everyone i see seems to be straight when they go full distance. Any tips? I can do the first 2 exercises (except i cant push myself into the second exercise, i have to start in that position.

  • I train by doing them from the wall and slowly ive been moving farther from the wall, im pretty far by now, but i still feel that it should have come quicker if im doing it right.

  • well use the wall right spread your legs far apart and also slightly bend your legs that way there shouldnt be that much strain on the abs also keep your whole body as stiff as a board tighen up as much as possible if you decend relaxed it makes it tougher so yeh tense up a lot so follow like i said legs wider body tensed more legs slighly bent(for control) i hope this helps

  • thanks for the tut!

  • im married to a taiwanese women with a hot figure eat your heart out so how does that make me a fruit this is my irish accent

  • what do you mean I am a fruit?

  • thank you

  • your very welcome
