tht was some amazing stuff! Now, about that outfit, LOL! If you walked out of the house with those super hot, sexy boots, leather shorts and bikini, traffic would stop, there would be a riot , and they would have to declare a state of emergency!! That was the HOTTEST pole outfit of 2009 so far... you just blew me away with that one. Definitely a fave!

I really tried hard to stay focused on those moves--really, I did! Rockstar spin at 1:35 was great! My favorite combo was the one at 3:07...the leg switch to handstand with the crazy legs and hook back to the Scorpio. Prettiest move was that 5:07 plank to the crescent and then bending it all the way back to a lunchbox...SWEET! ..and nice follow-up with the twisted layback at 5:21 . After workin do hard my self onthe AYsha. it s a mystery to me how you do that pumping Aysha at 4:21 (cont'd)

LOL you crack me up Joel =) The leg switch to handstand and hook back to scorpio is one of my fav combos to do. Also love doing plank to crescent into lunchbox. I think it's so pretty. Once you do the aysha enough you'll get sturdy enough to where you can play around with your legs etc. Just a matter of time and practice.

Guess I need to try and come up with the hottest pole outfit for 2010 now hmm.. =)

i love your rockstar spin, is it easy to learn ? i absolutely adored that spin at 5:08 to 5:11, it created such a pretty shape,i so want to have a go of it but scared i may fall....think im gonna have to have a go next time i practise at home ? as always brilliant, i love your vids xx

Thanks Lara =) I personally didn't think the Rockstar spin was hard to learn. I first learned on static....it's all about getting the momentum going and getting your leg up and into position. Give it try. Yeah I like going into the lunchbox from the crescent . I would suggest making sure you are really warmed up before attempting it to make sure your thighs get a good grip on the pole. Can be scary when you go into it and feel like ur gonna fall cuz u don't have good enough grip with ur thighs.

The boots!! Ur hot with or without but those boots are wicked!! I first saw this while I was at work (on break of course LOL) & made the day go much better. Came home to watch again & add to faves. Love your 'drops' and the jade @ the end. Also like the songs~had to watch a vid of AL on AMAs to see what all the fuss was about~haha!!
