hey you guys make fun all you want but this shit acually works. i lost 107Lbs in just 24 days. Sure you pass out and dont remember what happend but the instructions say thats normal. just get up and continue the excercises. its actually real easy. i had to use a 110 japanese girl. hopefully that doesnt mess up my program. just another 236 lbs to go till im a slim 343. thanks juggaling tae bo!
