Ok then...I'm not sure you understand color yet then? Sure, he is just drawing what he sees, BUT he puts his own twist on it with color choice, line direction, pulling objects foward or back, etc. This is a great example of not only color but perceptual drawing. I highly doubt you are an art major (to mahkahai) You just seem to fail.

What exactly are you using to smudge everything out? Chemo? Half the time I see your finger doing most of it, but thats a lot of work for fingers.

Gawd, this is amazing. My pastels don't even blend that well. I just got into painting for my first time a few weeks ago so I've had a taste of what it's like being tormented by colors and which colors to use in a portrait...especially when mixing your own. I hope to master portraits as easily as you make them some day!
