This video was take while sitting in a kayak from a considerable distance. The video is unstable because the boat was bobbing around. There was no one else around and these seals were not concerned by my presence. The seal said "uh oh" when it lost balance and fell off the rock.

I would guess the seal said "Uh oh" because humans were getting too close, so he/she slipped off the rock into the water.
Well, we humans might say that in similar circumstances, wouldn't we?
