if i was able to post a link i would show you the rest of the article i wont on how to change the capacitor. all the bulbs are halogen and there all in all 6 of them.

there isnt a law that states your blinker has to blink at a certain speed

you can go to any race shop and get Relays for your Sports car, instead of asking this guy how to do them... Mines blink slow and when the police stops me for them I can turn them down with a knob thats located inside my car near then fuse box...

i usually try to correct the problem.. but u can do it easy with just putting LED bulbs in if ur going for the speed flash, and then dont replace the Relay with low power compensation relay

i think what hes saying is hyperblinking is usually caused by a bulb being burned out, so this is making your car look like its broken. similar to people who slam their car, and keep the camber. its a problem, but people dont fix it cause they like the look, its not my thing but i saw your writeup on TI and i like how you went about this, so kudos.
