  • Yes, I do sympathize with the brothers as they did not view their brother's body.

  • A postmortem was in order and I hope one was done. Also, the siblings are being silly turning this into a clan issue. I sympathize with them if at all they were denied see their brother one last time. Children and wives/husbands should have a greater say on what happens to the deceased, but should not exclude siblings and parents of the dead completely unless the deceased had broken links with them. Finally, Kenyans should learn to write wills and the law should protect the wishes therein.

  • community my ass, the final say rests with the wife if one is married. These people should move on with their lives instead of treating us to this archaic traditional arguments. And that Riaga man should stop holding Luo hostage with his primitive traditional knowledge. A good tradition is a dynamic tradition that which changes with time and circustances not one that imprisons culture in the centuries of yore. Please be an agent of change good ol man

  • I personally believe that the law stating that the body of a person belongs to a clan is asinine. Once a man and a woman decide to get married, they should be considered mature enough to determine their destiny - despite the fact that we may not always agree with their decision. I look forward to the day when Kenyans concern themselves with their individual families and leave others alone. Although Ruth may have gone against the court's ruling I commend her for her bravery.

  • ooh rip I personally new him
