The kid is throwing a tantrum. A lot of kids do it when they get hair cuts. Its completely normal. And for the parents to continue cutting the hair is perfectly fine. Its not hurting or torturing the kid. Its grooming them.
I put the video here because our family in Europe, grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, could see my son growing up! This is the only reason. Anthony, now 6 years-old, looooove seeing this video too. He also thinks that he looks cute crying at 6 months.

His hair salon is between 57th street and 5th avenue, one of the richest and most expensive location in US. He has amont his clients famous TV journalists and billionaires from Wall Street!

better to have a busted butt than an eye put out...parents also don't think to explain to the kid what's about to happen so the kids all freaked out because they don't know what's going on
