We're down to one BVH2000 at my job (DVD author). We had 3 of these at one time, but when i dismantled our real-time VHS duplication area, only one was left working well enough for our authoring suite. Pretty indestructible, and damn heavy when removing and re-installing it in it's current location. Still get the occasional 1" master. Most of what I get now is either on DigiBeta or a hard drive. We're set up for DV-CAM, BetaCam SP, 3/4" U-matic and D2. Cheers!
One hell of an awesome tape machine and suite right there.

About nearly 40 seconds in, what's that display and is it important to the restoration? Enlighten me.

Too bad you can't get replacement video heads for it.
