i don't know if you have ever tried predator calling but that 308 would be a great caliber for coyote and they are an absolute blast to hunt, more so than deer in my opinion. Getting rid of them helps out the new born fawns and the hides look great on the wall.

cool video. Is that a .308 you have or .223? try putting your camera on manual focus and focus it in by hand. At least it will pretty much stay in focus then. That's what I used to do.

i hate freaking coyotes we had a huge pack in our spot in the woods last year pretty scary when a whole bunch of em come hoopin and hollerin towards ya like clockwork at 8 every night,thankfully most have moved on since possibly due to lots of gunfire he he he.

I can see that the FAL has become your new favorite weapon.

BTW I'd never walk around in the woods at night unless there was snow on the ground under a full moon. You hardly need a flashlight. But know you live in Texas and you don't get a lot of snow down there.

@nathan61984 Every time I've seen coyotes they were very scared of us. If you fire a shot off in the ground they will scatter immediately.

I've been looking at that flashlight for awhile in the aluminum bodied model.

However I cant jutify it right now as I have the Fenix TA21 and just bought the Preon2 penlight....

My next light buy will be a bigger light perhaps a Fenix TK45.

However I do love the C123A battery cells. Expensive and hard to come by as they may be I love them XD...
