@dswolf123 DBZ originally tried to be Gohan's story like you said, as Dragonball was Goku's story, but of course the star of the series was still Goku and Toriyama continued to write as such. Your opinion about Goku at the ending seems to be the general consensus among fans but it's just simply how the plot fell.

I have a question..

Throughout the series, we have been building up to Gohan using his full potential and eventually replacing Goku in the show. Then this opening comes up, all parts of the opening focusing on Gohan.

Then why in the end did they use Goku to fight (And defeat) Buu? I'm just asking! What is the point of all that build up?
