This was all the right way except the intro. The first couple of chords arent power chords. If you listen closely to the Album version there's some kind of octave chord being played there. I dont know what its called, but my cover shows how to do it. Everything else was pretty good though (:

Thanks, good instruction video. As its all power chords, you might want to try this with Drop D tuning. Saves work, sounds the same.

Thanks for the reply. A power chord in drop D is just as valid as a power chord that uses two fingers. For some songs, it is necessary (Come Together, Beatles is a good early example).

I play power chords both ways, there are some songs where drop D can't work (where you need to ring the open low E). I only suggest it as an alternative you might like, that's all. Keep rockin'.
