She forgot to say that the locals took over and now is very safe to be and overnight with children in the low season, I do not think is prudent to visit with children in the high season due to the crowds. I was there , I felt safe and the locals very humble and will not allow any disturbance in their town.

Lot's of foreigners had stayed and loved it , they do as much as the locals to protect the place.

un poco destructivo el relato hacia montanita, crimen en todo el mundo , drogas , en todo el mundo , sexo, en todo el mundo , q mas te puedo decir . nina pagada, propaganda barata. si conocieras mas o conocieran mas paises no pensarian eso de montanita. Lo mas importante es su educasion de cada persona. les recuerdo han hecho ese relato muy podre y barato, sin educasion , y respeto a las personas q trabajan honestamente.

El lema de Montaña para mi es "Buen rollo". Yo he estado allí varias veces y la verdad es que no he tenido problemas con las drogas ni la basura, si es verdad que si te sales del centro hay casas más ruinosas pero esos montones de basuna no las he visto aunque hace casi un año que no voy, no se si estará asi ahora.

Por ciento tampoco he llegado a ver Montaña tan saturada de sombrillas, parece Benidorm en verano jejeje. Saludos desde España.

Sspeedyme: the 7d audio is weak for a professional production. Most guys I know use an external audio recorder (like the Zoom H4N) and sync in post. If the Magic Lantern firmware upgrade comes out for the 7d, we should be able to hook the Zoom straight into the camera without the autogain feature constantly on.

What do you think of the 7d? Im torn between getting a 7d and a 5d Mark2. Im a music video director. Do you think that it can fulfill my needs? Also do you think that it can hav similar visual capabilities as the sony ex-1?

both the 7D and EX1 are full HD cameras but they use completely different sensors to capture the image so there will always be differences. But they're both solid cameras... so really it depends more on the features you prefer. I've shot various music videos on the 7D and it's was more than enough.

no... this was shot on the Canon 7D but some of my other videos were shot on the XH A1

On this project it was mainly Nikon primes... a 24mm, 50mm, and 105mm, and a Canon zoom 17-135mm if i remember correctly :)
