  • nice try but i saw right through it, but great trick!

  • press 2 then 9 you will se the diffrence

  • @MrBestapps1234 thanks mate

  • 0:16 QUIRKOLOGY 54: exact same picture, but with the middle rectangle cut out. what's the point of this?

  • all he did was flip it over. thats it. there is no more to it

  • No, the more observant of us would notice that you flipped the jigsaw puzzle pieces. The easiest to notice is that the last one he takes off/first one he puts back on.

  • interesting

  • i noticed the outline was tight right away- on the reassembly

  • i get it!!

look at the number 4 pice 0:27 to 0:38 he cheated!!!

  • Haha he flipped the picture over. Nice try buck-o

  • Check the edge if the bottom left of the card. It changes.

  • Lame lame lame, talk for 30 seconds to distract people from the fact that the paper was flipped

  • if you move back to where the picture was at the start and move the video to the end the one is a little bigger then the last one

  • So he found the missing piece?

  • U just reversed the pieces wow that was lame

  • The pictures on the opposite side were inverted or something so that it the photos of the girls were cut differently

  • you can't trick a smart ass like me baldman... freak! get a life... only the brainless can be fool by this old school piece switching puzzle.. hahhahaha!

  • i dont get it

  • @AiDMostar the image of the booklet was cut into 4 pieces. When he was placing the pieces back together he switched the bigger pieces around which created a missing section of the puzzle.

  • he always tricks me the first time, but when i watch it again i see how he does it

  • @Sappholia which is the fun part i think but everyone who isn't impress wants to bitch about everything.

  • Flipped the cards.

  • he flipped the picture observe

  • if we could see the puzzle we would notice the area cut off... to bad he recorded it with a potato.

  • when he turns the parts, the bigger one from the top has a black part exactly the same size as the missing puzzle part. you can see clearly at the end of the video that the missing part stays a little above the other parts.

  • he turned the pieces

  • there was a cut on 0:27

  • There is pictures on both sides... look how he, while telling you something and distracting you, holds the cards so you cant see what side the pictures where on. and he inverts them, leaving you with the belief of the same side as you saw before... plus, you can see the first puzzle without the 'missing piece' has a smaller area, than the one WITH the missing pice... But a great and classic trick! Well done

  • number 4 changed when he flipped it over see 0:24 and 0:38

  • press 3 and then 8, you'll see the difference

  • 1,2,3,4 turned into 2,1,4,3 with a flip

  • Comment removed

  • look at 0:24

    look at 0:48

    those are different pieces

  • You people are idiots. Observe. First, he flipped the picture over, therefore the back pieces do not have the exact same picture. Second, notice that in the first puzzle, the top and bottom are wider than the middle. Therefore, when u invert it, the top and bottom are fitted with the middle parts while the middle pieces are made with the top and bottom parts such that the middle becomes larger enough for an extra piece, and the top and bottom becomes smaller.

  • @Orceles Also take notice the space open in both top and bottom. The area is not the same. He never used all of the rectangle. That small space he left over is more than enough to form an optical illusion with

  • @Orceles - To clarify what Orceles is saying, there's a very narrow (less than a degree on the small ends, probably) triangle along the edge that angles inward when the 'piece' is out of the 'puzzle' - then angles outward when the 'piece' is in. It's just enough of the area to match the 'piece'. In other words, the straight lines of the edges are not straight, they just shift part of the area toward or away from the middle using very small angles...

  • @Orceles ok im sure what you said is true but it looks like you wrote a lot so im not gonna read it. im just gonna assume what the guy did was magic

  • @dmando15 well what the fuck do u have time for then?

  • @IveSoGotThePow a one minute video

  • @dmando15 Niiice.

  • @dmando15 well it takes under a minute to view a comment retard....

  • @Orceles hahaha its not about being idiots obviosly its a trick, an optical illusion... a pretty cool one indeed

  • @Orceles ya the qirckology logo gave it away

  • @Orceles Jesus sorry for being confused? :s

  • i get it:)

  • me, whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat. look at coments annnnnnnnnnnnnnw

  • one side is blacked out for that peice to fit in when he flips it

  • We meet again 240p

  • It docent use camera tricks. It is quite a well known puzzle

  • he turned it off !!!!!

  • Hey. Hey you. I saw what you did there.

  • Comment removed

  • 0:10 and 0:50 prove the conservation of matter?

  • I see what you did there!

  • If you pause the video and click to the star, then the end, you will notice that the rectangle is larger. As the area of the pieces cannot change the total rectangle must be larger and it is.

  • it doesn't matter if he flipped it... put a square any way doesn't change it... what actually happened was the in the first picture if you paid attention there were empty spaces but they were so small and scattered you didn't notice it much. but he then rearranged it in such a way that all the empty space were in one location.

  • Smart Ass! We all are dom to repeat the video to check it out

  • watch his left hand...

  • how the did I end up here!!

  • if i do this with pizza will i have more, less or the same?

  • QUIT MIND FUCKING ME!

  • Press 2, then press 9. You can see the change in size.

  • assemble differently

  • rofl he just flipped it =D

  • he switched the top pieces with the bottom pieces and the yellow margins are different lengths

  • crazy!

  • my eggs is bull shit u only turn tha pices f u

  • he flipped the cards and used the missing area geometry trick!

  • strange?!

  • See at 00:24 - 00:38 the piece on his right hand changed shape, he used the angle of the camera to hide the change of the pieces.

  • the other side is white he just re arranged it

  • not your best work quirkology

  • he didnt show us the other side

  • i cant believe people dont understand this and the top comments have nothing to do with the actual solution. He did flip it over but that doesnt explain why there is a hole. He didnt edit it. If u look carefully at the picture at 0:14 and 1:02 they are different sizes. its just a clear use of a double sided puzzle. it may seem like they are the same size but they are not,.

  • now that was BORING !

  • Doesnt matter if he flipped. This is very known trick and has nothing to do about flipping it.

  • @MrChocolateissogood yea but if you think or test it carefully you'll notice it matters if he fliped it. the picture thing must be different on the other side. still you can attach those parts together many ways without matter of flipping

  • he switched it upside down

  • thats a fake trick!!!! if u watch carefully when he picks up the cards the image of the girl is on the topd and when he puts it back its on the oposite side. so it means he paused the video and picked up another cut cards... another fail here is that he the images from the bigginning of the video are different from the ones at the end! U r a fuckin loser

  • @Snifacabras He flipped the cards and rearranged them to present that hole. Turns out you are the looser after all.

  • @Snifacabras too bad youre a loser and he actually just flipped the cards over... nice try though

  • press 7 then 3 fast for "the zombiesour"

  • The missing i have the same trick already but thanks for such a video

  • THE PIECES HAVE THE SAME PICTURE IN FRONT AND BACK BUT THE PICTURE IN BACK IS NOT COMPLETE BUT IN THE FRONT IT IS COMPLETED LOOK AT THE BACK OF THE PUZZLE PIECE THERE IS A THE SAME PIC AT THE BACK OF IT

  • at the start of the video its smaller.

  • press 2 then 4...wookies :D

  • press 1 the n 3 woodsaw 7and 4 zombies

  • Press 2 then 8 to see what happened..

  • THAT SHIT IS BLACK ELECTRICAL TAPE

  • Clearly the pieces were flipped upside down as he was explaining?

  • keep pressing 7 fast...hes DJing!

  • the final area is bigger than the initial area. a clever two sided puzzle :D

  • At 0:37 He has turned the one of the pieces thereby enabling the left out piece to fit exactly in the missing place

  • the pecise are not in the same place as before !!

  • Comment removed

  • doubled sided and there cut specifically so that when rearraned theres one side a bit missing and other side perfect

  • He turned it around and where is said quirkolgy there is a black spot

  • I see what he did there

  • press 2 and 8 and he sais booby

  • je turned the cards over

  • yes,, he switched the side

  • He switched the side

  • he swiched the top left and bottom right. if you look closely, the space between the edge of the cut and the corner is different on each piece.

  • you flipped it over....

  • @SaidItInASong If you flipped it over it would still be the same shape :\

  • @CrazyForChocolate101 the other side is painted black

  • @SaidItInASong But turning it over would still not accomplish anything, because it would take up the same area, measure the area of an object, flip it over and it will have the same area.

  • @SaidItInASong what does that matter? It should still take up the same space and still look the same only up-side-down.

  • @SaidItInASong agreed

  • press 7 fast and hear him fapping *fap fap fap*

  • press 3 very fast and he says soa

  • lol he turned the pieces upside down that why :)

  • @duellarea not really. works on the actual face too no flip implied :D

  • @duellarea no, its cuz he snapped his fingers. duhhhhh hehe

  • @BenniRocco36

I knew he was magic! XD

  • @BenniRocco36 HAHA! ^^

  • I think its because the slopes of the angles of the cuts are different from one another.

  • flipped the cards and switched the places of the different shapes, nais

  • he fliped the pieces

  • Have you ever heard the one about the leprechaun that vanishes? I get the feeling it's a similar principle but I don't understand it. Does anyone know the answer?

  • Lol, I had to watch it multiple times before realizing what just happened there. :D Pretty simple. It made me feel a bit dumb. :)

  • he flipped it over. keep your eye on peice number 4 as he picks it up... he didnt put it back the same way he picked it up.

  • mindfucked...

  • Card flipp :P

  • I understand how you did it :)

  • press 1 and watch the piece in the right corner THE WHOLE TIME. you will find it out.

  • its a two sided puzzle and you flipped it while trying to divert our attention to the extra piece. smooth

  • @mrjman13 No.... on the other side, it doesn't include the middle part, so he is able to space it out more, check out the difference in card size.

  • @footymanfran thanks for the comment that tells me im wrong while repeating what I already said and stating the obvious part that i didnt feel the need to add since we saw him ADD the MISSING piece. you can't add a missing piece if that part is not missing. your really sharp buddy

  • @mrjman13 Well you're clearly missing the underlying concept. He's not trying to hide the extra piece. He's trying to make it look likes it's impossible as a visual illusion. Nice attempt at sarcasm though.

  • @footymanfran you really are ignorant. I didnt say he was trying to hide it. I was explaining why I didnt make a comment about the size of the puzzle or the hole in the middle in my original comment because we saw him add a "missing piece" so the hole and missing part are the obvious parts of the illusion.

  • and the even MORE observant of you would have realized he flipped the cards over.

  • SI SE FIJAN BIEN EN EL VIDEO SE DAN CUENTA QUE ES UN ROMPECABEZAS ARREGLADO.........FIJENSE EN LA MANO DERECHA (LA PIEZA )

  • he turned the cards look minute 0:35

  • you put the right bottum piece on the lift

  • @kari27054 i didn't see a lift in that video at any point, could you help me out???

  • top comment again ...... now my life is complete

    :D

  • ik,kom,terug,om,yr,prstrn,eerst,koffie,even,stukje,paul,de,leeuw,zo,terug,ok

  • 0:54 Censored!!

  • Ok double sided cards still doesnt explain the hole ....duuuhh

  • @Turtlewish97 it does if other side has diffrent rezolution

  • That one was too easy, i knew he was gonna flip em

  • i know how that works

  • overlap

  • yep it took me a second viewing but its obviouse that its double sided cards if you look in the right places. notice how when he put the cards back down the one that was at the front of the collection in his hand was then put to the bottom? and there were still images on those sides of the cards? you clever bugger Richard, are you a lecturer or something?

  • @dandamusicmaker : THE TRICK LIES IN HERE , YES music maker you have pin pointed right this is not MAGIC this is related with common sense

  • @zohaibjamal007 yup, and why did you seem to use a sort of derogatory tone in that message when saying my name? is there any need for rudeness jamal?

  • @dandamusicmaker : no friend its an appreciation , I have highllited the fact which is confusing others , otherwise everything is good next time i will use your full name before quoting i.e. dandamusicmaker ; i hope this clears everything

  • @zohaibjamal007 oh right ok i get ya, its just cos when people use parts of names it is usually for a derogatory term of the person, ive been studying too much behavioral psychology so i forget sometimes that its not always the same every time. :)

  • notice his hands when he picks up the pieces and the side he's putting them back. :D so l agree with previous guys that said double sided cards :D got you :D

  • He flip the pieces at 0:35

  • Comment removed

  • area of rectangle spread out to disguise increase in size yet remain within rectangle + cards of two sides

  • press 7 then 4 fast for "the zombies"

  • @xXBluePigXx get a life

  • @xXBluePigXx what? ther is nothing happening in here

  • @xXBluePigXx Id rather think that it sounds like " the donkeys "

  • So easy : He put the peices baack in different places. DUHHHH

  • Another easy way to tell is the size of the card. It increases at the end, obviously to compensate for the missing piece. Try clicking on 0:07 and then clicking 0:57.

    See the difference? lol

  • he flipped the cards. thats how you get the missing peice to fit.

  • I think he rearranged the cards to make the space, because if you look closely you will see that the card gets bigger!

  • LAME

  • malisiiimo da vuelta ña carta

  • It has nothing to do with reverse sides. The cards ARE double sided, printed on both sides. But, the creation of "huge hole in the middle" is because earlier, the card's borders were completely touching the boundaries around it and the pieces have quite a gap between each other. But, when he rearranged those, he squeezed them closer so the area that was earlier outside the pieces was moved to the centre. Also, pieces do not go to their specific positions; 1,2,3 & 4 for the same reason.

  • He only reversed the card in his right hand, look carefully at it. That's the reason he put that piece in that hand.

  • U flipped the image over

  • And that .. was gay(:

  • im glad i DISLIKE this GAY THING!!!

  • too easy

  • lame trick

  • Watch his hands, he flips the picture over, it's the same thing on the back

  • press 1 and 9 then you will get what is the diffrents

  • @danniornsmarason AAAAH!!! SO THATS THE SECRET!!!! His hands are in a different position i see!!!

  • easy, double sided card, other side is wider if u notice so he can fit the missing piece

  • How the heck!?!?!?

  • the card have different picture in each side

  • The solution: The second figure with the hole is the same area size like the first one. You can see the extends of the square is a bit wider. Exactly the size of the hole, but in sum o
