The bullet explodes on impact with a hard object unless you put another white rod right below the first 1

I found that out as well, but unfortunately after so many uses of the double-rod bullets the yellow piece actually breaks into several pieces. Allowing the bullet to break apart reduces the stress on the pieces making it last longer, but making it more annoying to put back together. Depends whether you can be bothered pieceing it together after every shot! Haha.

Ouch, I built the shotgun EXACTLY as you said. Followed it stepby step, great video.. But when I used it I fucking shotmyself in the hand EVERY time!!! OUUUCCHHH WHY does it keep shooting back at me!? I put it pull the trigger and it loops around the front and shoots back at me..

It's cause the band's will be getting stuck onto the yellow pieces. If you chip away some of the bits around the centre of the yellow piece it should stop. Don't keep doing it if you're gonna do yourself an injury man.

i made ur gun and its realy cool but sadly my rubber bands sucked so ever time i shot it the pellet got cot on the rubber bands and floow back and hit me in the balls everytime :(

As many as it takes so when stretched out it can reach the handle of the gun. There's a clip near-ish to the end of how to load. Hope that helps =S
