This is great for so many reasons. The best reason I think is as a teaching aid for beginning electrical engineering students. You can imagine a similar electrical circuit composed out of resistors and capacitors that blinks an LED.

It would be nice if you could post the 'schematic' for this circuit...i.e. what each part is and how they connect together.
