Fact 39: the exact same thing happened to me....my shoelace got sucked down into the side and pulled my foot in ( not really in but you get the picture) then my dad being a superhero grabbed me and ripped my foot out of the death clutches of that evil machination.(i was 10 at the time and was scared of escalators for an entire year afterwards) Thank God i got that off my chest....its been bugging me for 7 years lol
