  • i miss seattle

  • Is it really that LIGHT? I feel like I would break the screen in some way? Does it have any protective cover or it's really that durable? Also does it have a special on-screen keyboard that IS NOT the windows one?

  • I would use it for school and to replace a laptop that can't hold a charge.

  • I would use this for a mobile media centre system for the house. It would replace an aging laptop and a dying portable DVD player for the kids.

  • We'd use it to replace an aging laptop with a 15 minute battery life. It would allow for better work space for running the house and a great station for the kids (4 and 6) to get their treasured minutes on PBS Sprout. Occasionally I'd take it to Starbucks here in Issaquah to stream Netflix while enjoying my Americano.

  • This is blinking hilarious. A man and his desktop hitting the city of Seattle. Car trips would never be the same. Did you run a surge protector on that?

  • I would use the Lenovo Thinkcentre to discover the world around me. Looks like an awesome product.

  • I would use the Lenovo Thinkcentre m90z next to my Mac Pro as an additional screen and computer to get work done that I need to on Windows for my job. Right now I do not have a windows machine and could really use one!

  • I would use it has a replacement to my 9 year old pc that i have now am disabled and have no way to buy a new one it would be nice to upgrade mine since i do enjoy working and playing around with computers

  • Very new & innovative ideas.. I would like to try them all & if possible also use it for introducing/training my friends about various social media platforms.. including Youtube. Touch makes it so much easier.

  • Really interesting video. As a fan of Lenovo, large touch screens and creativity, I would use it as intended- FOR EVERYTHING :)

  • I am recently disabled and stuck in my chair at times. My netbook is a bit uncomfortable and hard to type on. I could use it where I sit or out in the kitchen when sitting with my wife. I am planning on taking up some programming as a hobby since I am laid up and it would be awesome for that too.

We also plan on getting a Sling Adapter for our Dish reciever and it would be cool to use for watching TV off that!

  • I am currently using an HP laptop from more than a decade ago. I would replace it with the Lenovo Thinkcentre and use it for my job. Really impressive piece of tech.

  • I would probably use it to do my on call work as a computer tech when away from home. At home, I would use it as a desktop. I have twins and a small townhouse, so my "office" is the dining room table where I have a laptop and a mouse. That's all the room I get. An all-in-one touchscreen would make it so that I could move my "office" easily when we actually want to eat!

  • I thought you had some really creative ideas on how and where to use the M90z, especially using it in the car for your daughter's use.

I'd like to use it outside for videoconferencing from wherever we are... trips... the backyard. It'd be a blast to use with groups.

  • If I won the M90z, I'd use it for software development, as well as general use (web browsing, etc.) and especially viewing media with the large screen.

  • ThinkCentre M90z could help save my city from a corrupt mayor. This is the 2nd largest city in the state, but we don't have a TV or Radio Station of our own. My Mayor is trying to transfer the wealth of our city into the hands of his close personal buddies with boondoggle projects. Our newspaper is "captured", the editors are part of his gang. By video podcasting true journalism with the M90z, I could help prevent the loss to my community of $40 Million from just one of these bogus projects.

  • I would set it up in my office for business use, but I love how I can take it wherever I go. I've always wanted a desktop with a big screen that is easily portable , and this is the one. The touchscreen is a plus, especially when you're on the go.

  • Very interesting ideas you came up with to use the computer. My favorite was the one in the car - that would be great on long road trips for the kids. Needs a protective cover though to carry it around like you did.

I'd use this to expand my productivity and I build up my work-at-home lifestyle. Using a mouse is great, but being able to use the touch screen, that's even better!

  • Definitely a great way to show the portability and power of the ThinkCentre. I would replace my old computer with it and use it as a media center as well. Would definitely love to make use of the portability of it as well. The possibilities seem endless with it.

  • Cute video. There are all kinds of uses for this type of computer, including for my ministry. I work in several different locations, most (except at home) don't have internet access. This is a portable enough computer to take to my various workplaces without having to use thumb-drives to transfer files.

  • Just imagine all the Evil Geek Girl Videos we could make with this... We might even make one about you. LOL

  • I've been looking for something that would give me the large screen I need for my poor eyesight but also with portability. I could give you a nice sob story on why I need this but the truth is... I just flat out want it!

  • Finally, the answer to my prayers. A desktop that has the portability of a laptop. Ideal for an on the good old gal like me.

    PS: Cleaver video presentation.

  • Love the video.. great idea.

I'd love to keep the love fest going by saying, I'd love to own this lovely Lenovo. The portability makes it ideal for visiting clients, working at home or when I'm driving around town stealing wifi since I'm stuck on dial-up at home.

Help an old lady out... send me the Lenovo. Or at least maybe an old IPad *smile* I'd even consider an old Dell with Vista.

  • Love your daughter on this Jake, what a cutie! Now for how I would use the Lenovo.. I teach classes for senior citizens on Ebay, Facebook, Blogging and Internet Marketing in my small town in Virginia. The computers we are using are left-overs from the local community college (Old Dells with XP.. yikes!) It would be nice to at least have one computer that has Windows 7.

    Thanks for the opportunity :-)

  • LOVE the portability! I would pack it away on my motorcycle for my cross country video journaling. Being able to share the adventures with my 4 grown kids and 9 grandkids would be great. This would be a wonderful tool for my day job in bookkeeping and administration. It has endless possibilities having access to all my work with ease .

  • Jake, great video showing the portability and varied uses of the Lenovo. I like the spacious screen and slim profile as well. Sure makes me want one! I operate a ShopBot CNC machine in my garage workshop. It's currently connected to an older Dell 610 that "feeds" the ShopBot Control system. The Dell does the job, but it's screen display is beginning to get a little dim. The Lenevo looks like a great upgrade to what I'm using now, and the nice, "roomy" touchscreen would be very welcome, too!

  • The protability and the touchscreen would make using it in the classroom with my Transitional Kindergarten kiddos so much fun and we could be so creative from an educational aspect. They could use it as a reading center or to play educational games!

  • This video higlighted the portability of the Think Centre, something I didn't really consider. I knew these all in ones had a smaller footprint, so would take up less desk real estate, but this intrigues me. It's a tablet that isn't restrictive. Would no doubt be using it as my primary computer, and would travel with it rather than using a laptop. Does it come with a case? :-)

  • Enjoyed the video. The sound effects make you think you're about to miss something if you don't pay close attention. Good job. I really need to win that Lenovo ThinkCentre M90z!! I've started playing Empire Avenue (DENNISH) and it's going to take a lot of computer time to up my Social Networking scores. This is just the machine to help me do that!

  • Interesting video sharing the portability aspect. I would use the M90Z for photo and video editing.

  • Great video! I agree with tsxl below that I hadn't understood how portable it was. That makes it even more amazing for my purposes. I am a special education teacher, and touch screen technology is a fantastic access tool for my students with multiple disabilities. The portability makes it even easier to share with more than only the students in my classroom. With certain software or even web based programs, it can also be used for communication. Very exciting! Thanks for such a dynamic video!

  • I would love to set it up in the dining area for household use, it's so unobtrusive. I love how easily it can be moved around, thanks for showing that in the video. I would love the chance to work and play on this awesome machine

I also have a roommate, who since her stroke has a bit of eye/hand coordination (like in typing) and I'm sure the touchscreen feature would be put to good use by her.

  • I love how easy it is for children to use the Thinkcentre! As a teacher I would use it for my students, they range in ages from Pre-K to 5th grade and I teach a big percentage of ESE students. It would be the perfect computer for my students!

  • Until I saw your video - I didn't realize how portable the system really was. I also loved seeing your little one interact with it. I would use the the system between home and my work. My little one loves the computer but has limitations with the mouse. I could really see how the touch screen would be just the thing to solve this issue for some things. I would use it a work with my students to demo content, collaborative learning, and for video conferencing.

  • This video showed just how indispensable having one of these machines to hand. Winning a new Lenovo ThinkCentre M90z Computer would bring forward my life and business to a whole new frontier of working and doing business smarter. Not only does it provide premium performance in a smaller footprint but also supports a green energy environment. Working with this computer would provide me the essential tools to support my clients better with the productivity & security this machine offers.

  • Hello Jake this video was clever and showcased the many different ways you can use the machine. I would definitely benefit from this lenovo thinkcentre m90z. If I were to win this machine I could see myself using it when I go to networking meet ups, road trips, and use it at home since its dimensions save space and can be set up anywhere.

  • I would love to use this computer to control my house, as a hub for a couple of security camera, and to manage music throughout the house. And I'd use its spare cycles to run research for World Community Grid. I can see mounting this on a wall in the kitchen or hallway. Cool device!

  • Cool funny video! But it make you think of unconventional uses. I have 22 hours of video that I need to edit. This would love to use this PC for this purpose

  • I would like to use this as part of a mobile audio recording studio!

  • I'm a teacher, the uses are endless

  • My students would love to learn using this equipment. It would transform my teaching and the learning of about 30 kids each year. Thanks for the opportunity!

  • Wow... I have three kids who would love to have this to them in our travels across the country this summer -- and I would love it for working on various projects I have!

    Give it to me!! :-)

  • Im surprised to see how portable it is and i would love to win one. very cool

  • Myself and my two twenty-somethings -- all of us in school -- would all benefit from this Lenovo - for research and assignments, and also to help me get my fledgling bookeeping business up and running.

  • I would use the M90 as a media pc.

  • If I were to win the ThinkCentre M90z, it will go towards my children's education. I am sure they will have a great time on it. I just hope I do not have to be forced to buy them one each!

  • Would have liked to see how you attached it to car and wall. Would use this to make video for my FIVE FORMS Guitar Method which starts with the ROOT. The 60 cycle musical instrument tuned PERFECTly (4/5). Five inversions both up and down the neck and across the strings. Also using the Nasville number method of communicating 4411 = forty-four, eleven and the fingerpicking techniques that is based on Andres Segovia p,i,m,a.

  • good showing of possible uses; if it has a protective cover for the display, it's better than a laptop for most things

  • Would have liked to see how you attached it to car and wall.

  • It looks like a great pc; I love how portable it is and not having to deal with wires and a mouse. Just awesome!

  • It'd be great for a carry on to watch HDTV on the plane. Also in the kitchen, searching up recipes.

  • Portability? How much does it weigh again?

  • As a teacher I can think of several classroom uses for the computer. To be able to access internet material related to classroom topics would raise the interest of the students (and even the teacher ... ) making the learning experience more relevant for the kids. The video certainly showed the ease of use and portability of the Lenovo. The large screen coupled with the ability to transport the unit from room to room, or to home and back, what a wonderful machine.

  • I am another teacher that sees lots of potential in this computer. I think that my students would find it very engaging and I would welcome having it in my classroom. We would also likely use it for video-conferencing. Pretty neat how it is portable. Thanks. Mark

  • Is there anything you don't use it for, he takes it everywhere and even the kids use it. A wonderful machine to own and use.

  • a cool video chowing different ways to use an amazing machine. I would love to have this Lenovo in my classroom to use with my students. It will give my students and I much more advanced technology than we currently have access to.

  • Video is very cleaver in portraying the many uses of the versatile laptop. I have wanted a laptop for three years and would use one to show my 84 year old husband the wonders of the internet, and all the things I could do with it. The music is very nice. I give the video ***** five stars.

  • It would be great to have the convenience of a desktop in a laptop package. I would use it to replace my desktop which is starting to die. I would be able to take everything with me when I leave home.

  • I love how you show the use of the computer for a normal day's activity. I would love to have one for myself. As a teacher, it would be great for my classroom. With limited funds to schools now we can definitely use something like this to help with teaching my students.

  • Looks awesome, would use it in my kitchen since I am an aspiring culinist.....foodie!

  • I love the different ways you use this. This would be great in a music classroom where students could group around this and use it as a workstation. Can you imagine all the collaboration the students would be involved in? This would be the only student station in the room. Maybe it would inspire our district to add others!

  • Jake, loved the video. Nice music, too - (helped me to relax). My old second-hand, slow, bulky tower crashed and left me without a computer. My home business is in lmbo at the moment. This compact size, all-in-one ThinkCentre with all that speed, and technology would help me to bring my business back to life. What a beauty! This is like the Bentley of computers when compared to the out-dated dinosaur that I was using.

  • My kids would love the touch screen. Thanks!

  • Would love to use this with my 4 year-old-son. With a touch interface, he would be able to do a lot more creative things on the computer. Thanks, for this contest!

  • One of these would be great for my wife, a Baptist minister, to use in her small class bible study for interactive support and illustration

  • Nice video Jake, I would use it for my work, the touchscreen is great instead of fumbling with a handheld media pointer. the WOW factor will impress some client.

  • Holy crap, finally a 'portable' PC a blind guy can use. I can't see well enough to use any phones- pads - notebooks, but this one seems to be just what I've been waiting for. The cam would work best for conferencing and ‘telecommunicating’, but the monitor is what gets my adulations.

  • It seems to bring together a lot of the current technology that hitherto has been available, but not all together. As a songwriter/composer this would bring the computer to me as a more intimate piece of equipment allowing me to "search my senses" with less technology in the way. Great Piece.

  • It's beauty and genius is how compact it is. The ease with which you can transport a computer with a 23" monitor makes it an invaluable teaching aid.

  • It's beauty and genius is how compact it is. The ease with which you can transport a computer with a 23" monitor makes it an invaluable teaching aid.

  • I would use this to replace my old & slow computer and become a lot more productive. The portability, speed and screen size of the Lenovo ThinkCentre M90z are some of the things that attract me the most.

  • Like carrying a suitcase. Your right arm already looks a little bigger! This will be a nice replacement for an aging desktop.

  • Jake -- nice little video. Everyone in the house could use this computer -- anything from homework to general web-surfing.

  • looking to replace my Lenovo IdeaCenter 230.....

  • This would be a great replacement for my Mom's dying laptop. I have used Lenovo (and IBM before Lenovo bought that part) for years and they are alway rock solid. This would be great for her, as she still doesn't quite grasp the idea of a mouse. Also with her grandkids who are just starting to understand computers, this would be a great option

  • As a software developer I would use the Lenovo ThinkCentre M90z to develop learning software for my tow children, aged 10 and 8.

  • I'm going to be going to college in August (so excited) to get my teaching degree. I would use the computer for college, for my jobs as a web designer, my obsessive photoshopping, and to connect with my friends and family back home after I've left. I would be SO thrilled to have something like this to rely on!

  • An iPad on steroids! :)

  • This looks simply absolutely awesome to be able to do anything needed done for whatever occasion is presented. I had a netbook as my source of communicating, sadly 6 weeks ago the hard drive fried. I am stuck using only my Droid for communication. It has limits due to being able to open a very few pages at a time. Winning your wonderful and portable computer would open my world again.

  • I would use this in helping my grandkids learn one is 5 and the other is 3. They just love being on the computer. My has seen better days. Thank You

  • I would love to win this computer. We would use it to help us with our fund raising efforts on behalf of the Travis Roy Foundation, Type one diabetes , cancer and the Jarred Williams Foundation wwwDOTlittlefenwayDOTcom

  • I am gonna use the Lenovo m90z for my research. My computer is old and buggy and going to need a fast and reliable computer like the m90z. :)

  • Looks very useful.. a little humor might have made this video more enjoyable, but time is short, I know. If it was mine, I'd play games, record music, upload vids to YouTube, watch the news, go broke on eBay, etc. I would NOT watch any porn, ever! (Nudge, nudge, wink, wink)

  • This would be an awesome replacement for our old kitchen laptop.

  • If chosen as the winner I promise to use this computer for the greater good! Greater GAMING good that is, this looks like an awesome AIO solution for portable gaming. Can't wait to get my grubby Borderlands playing mitts on this baby!

  • I would use it to go on trips.

  • I would use it for my business. I've decided to be self employed again after working for other people and making them rich for a long time. I could really use the PC to reinvent myself and start anew.

  • I would use this to keep my wife occupied while we travel. Seems like the screen could get easily scratched/damaged possibly.

  • I would give it to my daughter to use for her college work.

  • If I win, I will use this to create interactive modules for educational purposes especially in teaching people how to use technology.

  • The versatility of this machine looks really nice. My son was recently diagnosed with Aspergers syndrome. He is fixated on computers and gaming (and his laptop broke last month). Without the funds to replace his machine he cobbled together parts to build a desktop (but it is a bit too slow to do much of anything.) This machine would be awesome to give him.

  • Now that is a cool groove....I want two of them.

    Eric

  • I would use this in my classroom to teach small groups how to read. It would be great for teaching multiple students without disrupting the whole class. Looks like a great computer!

  • I like the opening - kid interacting with the computer. The portability seems to be pretty cool, though I'd like to know how well it works without a keyboard. With it being so easily portable, I can see a lot of potential uses for us, especially to take this with us when we need to plan things with other people. The large screen would be great for that. I could definitely use it for presentations on the fly as well.

  • Looks like a very versatile machine. You video did a very good job of explaining its various uses.

  • I have a laptop at home for my whole house. I could use another machine to do work on and that machine is a beauty. I find the whole touch screen thing interesting. I'm not sure how it'll work out.

  • I really like this machine. It incorporates a larger screen for an older man like myself. I can see myself sitting on the porch rocker doing my surfing and talking to my grandkids onscreen.

  • This is a great machine that I could see being put to use in my classroom with a QR code reader, augmented reality, presentation design, Skype, and so much more. I love the fact that it travels so well. I could also carry this with me for ESL work beyond my classroom. I love the touch screen and camera duo that provides the potential for a number of emerging synesthetic concepts.

  • Thanks for showing the portability of the Lenovo with this video. I never would have thought it was that easy to transport to different locations. That's just given me the idea for using it at school where we have a large study hall located in the cafeteria at the end of the day. Bringing it to the study hall for small group remedial help for students (I teach math at the junior high level) would be great.

  • This video captures the imagination that went into the design of the Lenovo M90z. The use of background music instead of a voice over works well because of the video shots that were used. They guide the viewer, while at the same time allowing the viewer to think creatively about the possibilities. Very well done. While this would be an outstanding replacement for existing computers, the real value is enabling the user to explore new opportunities that the M90z creates.

  • I've been eyeing a touch screen for some time, but couldn't really justify one. I hadn't considered that the touch screen would be part of a portable unit. Enjoyed the video!

  • With my wife and I recently becoming "Empty Nester's" we are down sizing many things. She would like me to reduce my clutter of multiple computers. The Lenovo ThinkCentre M90z would allow me to do this without sacrificing power or flexibility.

  • Wow what a great demonstration of the flexibility, ease of use and simplicity of design. Wonderful use by your daughter. Brilliant.

This could be a life saver for our home in Corfu as a replacement for our desk bound computer. Use it anywhere.

  • I would use it for my kids to do their homework.

  • Portability and versatility, and touchscreen capability to boot! Sweet! Eat your heart out iMac! I would use it to replace my desktop, notebook and iPad (if I had one) for work and play, and to enjoy family digital photos and videos with my relatives who are not too tech savvy. I will also save tons of money on prints as I can view all small-print digital documents with ease. Lastly, thanks Jake for organizing such a generous giveaway! All the best to everyone!

  • brilliant piece of kit, I had one of IBM's original PC's, this has to be the 'now new system', ideal for me to take round to peoples houses to show them the delights of the world wide web,(I do training for silver surfers) a kind of try before you buy without saying buy one of these, which is exactly what they would want to do, everything else would go in favour of the M90z

  • This is exactly what I've been looking for. A portable pc with the power of a desktop. No limits to the tasks you want to do.Whether work related tasks or the latest video game.If I were to win, I would be a happy camper indeed.Keeping mt fingers crossed.

  • After spending 12 months deployed from my family, we will be moving from DC to a warmer climate. After the dearth of family interaction during this current separation, I'm looking forward to spending a great deal of time with my family, hopefully outside on the lanai. The M90z looks to be a great solution for a portable media PC that can move from inside to outside with ease, and provide us some entertainment while we reunite as a family.

  • Wow, that's amazing to see it in use. I love the portability and the touch screen. I am starting up an online business and need something that I can use, something that is easy to see and something reliable and this seems to be it. Thanks for the opportunity to win one and for sharing your "Day in the Life of..."

  • Awesome video! The Lenovo is much bigger than I thought, but the portability is amazing! I'd love this computer for its touch screen capability to use for my preschooler, and also for the portability to use all around my house.

  • Hi Jay, I love the portability and never had thought of that. I do web design and digital photography and work with my wife who does digital scrapbooking. We combine our talents to create one-of-a-kind albums for people using Photoshop. Today,we use older 22" CRTs that dim teh lights when we turn them on. Not only would the Lenovo save space, it would be great to take to a client's home and show them the digital version and tailor it even more right in front of them!

  • I'm a freelance designer so I would use it for my web development & design projects.

  • I've used a couple of Think Centre's - but obviously not for a very long time. Wowza! I was completely caught off guard by its use in a vehicle. So if THAT catches me off guard, I wonder what else will?

  • Amazing features and ease of use. Love the big bright beautiful screen! I'd use this as the hub of a multimedia art centre in my middle school classroom to access hi-res art images, do virtual museum tours, digital photography, and of course touch-screen painting! :)

  • You are teasing me - I want the portability of this device and ease of use for my daily use!!!

  • Great use of the machine in so many places.

I will use it in my class (3rd grade elementary school) as extra practice of new Hebrew vocab games for the students, recording themselves talking in Hebrew, making movies with them talking, editing movies in moviemaker so we have captions in Hebrew and more.

  • Not quite as mobile as an ipad, but the video did show the relative ease of lugging around a 23" monitor. (After the first couple of shots you could have put it in a carrier of some type).

I would probably use it as my 1st floor computer - my office is on the 2nd floor, but it would be nice to have one for the living/dining room.
