I downlaoded Camtasia, its a handy prog but dont see how it can help. Uploading a file to you with no acceleration would be the best solution, for all!
You are trying very hard!...but alas it seems to be only for PC. I have put your vid in Final Cut Pro 7 and saved it at 30% speed, but it is very unclear.
I downloaded RealPlayer and it all works except I can't see where to slow it down. Is there a keyboard command on the mac for that? I also made it into a Quicktime movie too, but that palyer you can't slow either.....any ideas?
Although I find it very good what you are doing, I find it almost impossible to follow as the very important commands on the pull down menus are so quick. Is there any way to slow this down to make it useable?

@computerillustration Probably the best solution would be tooling this video in Camtasia Studio 7 or uploading a file to you with no acceleration.

@computerillustration You need to download a movie to disk and play it in Real Player by selecting Play> Slow Motion. Regards ;)
