WTH......i downloaded both...plugged my phone into my lp and it showed samsung android. Went through the process with checking unknown sources and checking the debugg. When i hit enter after last command it says device not found and flashes red yellow..then when i hit any key to continue is gives me another command promt??? what am i doing wrong??

@MrSilver02ta make sure to put the proper path in the command prompt. if you put the folder in a sub folder of your C: then you have to go into that folder before you try to get to the easy root folder (i.e. cd\Program Files\Skyrocket-Easy-Root

@ckp228 why wouldn't it? of course 4g will still work after root. all root does is basically bypass the security settings put on my samsung, allowing you to customize the phone..nothing related to LTE or your service

I just wanted to let people who are on Roger's in Canada that this root method DOES work for the Samsung Galaxy S 2 LTE. I did it today and works like a charm. After you root you can flash clockwork recovery from rom manager. I just used the T-mobile galaxy s2 option. Much thanks for the video
