I found two review articles, one said this is Repulsion, one said 'Conformist' and I do not remember a fire scene or a red head in either movie, so.....*ugh* :D

I know people say that she is playing homage to repulsion, but other then the eye shots I fail to see the resembelence. Carole was not a librarian, was not ginger, did at no point start a fire. Futhermore Carole killed not out of wanting attention but because she got the the wrong kind of attention, where as in this clip Jessica is playing someone who simply craves attention

@daxdavide It could be 'Firestarter' because is sort of dressed like a little girl and has a "deer in the headlights" childlike look at the start.

It's definitely not Carole from 'Repulsion.' Carole didn't burn anything and she wore a nightgown through most of the film. She did see hands coming out of the walls and then stabbed a guy to death, though. :)

i think you've got them mixed up. wia wasikowska is supposed to be the girl in repulsion. remember how in repulsion she ends up killing the guy with an axe? (also wasikowska looks a lot like catherine deneuve in the clip)
