@WoWfan41 it should be noted that minmatar dreads are skill intensive. it uses citadel missles AND guns, meaning you have to train up both missle skills and gun skills to get proper dps. i'm most likely going to train to fly this but i won't be flyin one anytime soon>_> i'll be using the minmatar carrier

Sort of Shadowhawk.. what you're describing is the covert jump portal on a black ops. It basically forms a temporary one way jump bridge to a covert or regular cyno beacon (so not into highsec). Then you just jump the ships through. It works identically to a Titan jump portal except that it's limited to warp cloaky ships (force recons, cov ops, blockade runners, SBs, and T3 with covert)
