I've read that Prague Ratters, on average, are slightly smaller than Chihuahuas.

@MsOooooooooo Prague ratters are usually smaller but chihuhahua is still the smallest breed because they have the teacup size, but normal chihuahuas are usually bigger then the ratter :)
