yes, in this one I made the picture in gimp and then made it move with flash, but if you see in my miyuki fan transformation I did all the moving background on flash

I beleive she uses WMM like you do. It's realitively easy, if you leanr how. Make FRAMES, and save them in the JPG file format, then send them to WMM, place them in the timeline, zoom in to the max, and put them to smallest, and then play your video. TADA! ANIMATED! Or you can just do it the lazy and easy way, and uploade your GIF pics and just add them, then play it. Hope this helps.
