I agree 100% w/you. I am too a huge inter fan, and I think Zlatan is a nice player, and he had his best seasons with the neroazzuro.
I think the Eto'o' swap +40.000.000 was good to for Inter, 'cause now we have players like Sneijder, Pandev (personally, I don't rly like him very much). Eto'o is a fast player, and Sneijder a nice long-range shooter, and assistant. They are the best teamworkers inter have ever had
omg look at his las goal when hes playing in sweden the score was 1-1 and sweden needed to win to get tho and the last sec he scored time time was 89:97 thelast 3 sec he scored !!

Is it only me or he sees not good enough for Barcelona. And he's quite old, 28, if he was only 20 then definately yes but changing slow Serie A to La Liga is such age... I don't know, I hope he'll prove me wrong.
u obviously don't know much about football, firstly when u r old tht means ur mor experienced nd have better knowledge nd r better to play with and the serie A is infact faster than la liga in a way if u watch carefully a.c milan nd inter milan , when players attack they are always running at high speed to get in position for the pass but in spain e.g barca henry etc. r always sneaking behind defenders nd its more smart nd less physical if u dont believe me go watch some serie a
seriously watch him. his vision is absolutely world class, and he doesnt do any of those stupid dummy fakes like ronaldo, his first touch is amazing and he can read a defense like noone. who else would think of a bycicle kick for a through ball? brilliant. better than ronaldo or messi.

Cantona is'nt a world class palyer according to you:at his time Premier League was miles over Serie A.Bigger football events tha the Milan derby?are you kidding me?:)
I'll just point to one thing, your first comment said, "I'm not even going to stand up for Ibrha". You just felt that arguing with me for four days was polite then, did you? Ibrahimovic, if he wants to be known as world class, needs to leave Italy because he has never performed on a stage outside of Italy, whether that be the CL or the World Cup etc. I know he's with Sweden, but why does he not perform in the CL; why? because he's not good enough to play against Europe's elite without been shown
In the same breath, why should Zlatan be any different? You know he hasn't a chance in hell of winning any International trophies as Sweeden are crap! But for what he has done so far in his career shows he is World Class and the level he has taken Sweeded to, just goes to show, he is carrying his team! Imagine if Ibra had a provider like Xavi or Iniesta at Inter Milan and had not Adriano went on a bender! A player cannot do it on his own! He is above all of them, but he still needs support!
that quote there, "a player cannot do it on his own!" That is the exact reason why he should move. You have to admit, world class players have to prove themselves on the greatest stages in World Football. As of yet, he hasn't done that, and I know you'll spout off that he hasn't had the chance etc, so, why does he not just move to Barcelona, Madrid, Chelsea and gain recognition that he may, only time will tell, deserve.
You have no idea. I'm not the one reading what I want to, you are. It's like talking to a brick wall!!! Zlatan is World Class and he does not need to prove that to anyone, he does not need to leave Italy to do so either!!!
up. Actually, maybe it's best for him that he stays in Italy, and continues to play the shit that is played there, so that he, and you, can believe that he is world class, even though he has yet to prove that.
ha don't worry about it. I'm actually really intrigued to see how he gets on. A little surprised that Barcelona paid 40 million was it, plus Hleb on loan? Surely he can't be that good. Anyway, I actually want him to do well now because I have a bit of a soft spot for Barca.
I know, I must admit, you've come out on top in this argument.
I didn't expect him to do well at all but he's proved me wrong completely. I actually like him now aswell! He seems to fit into Barca's team perfectly.
Sounds ridiculous, but i think the 40 million plus eto'o swap could be one of the best decisions Pep will make as Barca boss.
(finally!! there's someone that knows about their football)
a lot of people are in awe of his skills and talent (which are clearly remarkable, without a doubt) but they don't know that la liga is a more intense, faster and more challenging league. it will be interesting to see how he shapes out.
cheers mate. In a way, I'm delighted he's moved to Barcelona.
I wouldn't mind being proved wrong, he might be absolutely brilliant in La Liga, but seen as he hasn't hacked on a greater stage that the slow, boring Serie A, I seriously doubt it.
I take it you're a fan of the premier league because it seems that we all understand that he is shit?ha.
"You made your own point weak then by mentioning players from England and Spain, and then the other two played in Italy during it's days as one of the best three leagues in the world", so now that the Italian league as fallen, supposedly from it's high rank, those players are no good?
most over-rated player in Europe. Never scored against an English club, never seems to perform in Europe. Also, misses too many chances, so I'm pretty sure his shot to goal ratio is wank!
I bet you are one of those Ronaldo/Gerrard/Torres/Dorgba/EPL lovers, base everything on the champions league. I'm not even going try to stand up for Ibra, you know why? I don't have to, his feet do that for him (literally and figuratively!!!). I will say this though that Ronaldo [brazil] is regarded as one of the greatest players of the past 10 and of all time! But he never won the champions league! Was he over rated too?
believe it or not, I do love the Premiership, seen as it, alongside the Spanish league is the best league in the world, unlike the boring tripe that gets served up in the Serie A week in, week out. Genuinely, I understand there are more goals in Italy than England at the moment, but the standard is a lot poorer; Milan and Inter would create a top 6, and no, they wouldn't challenge Man Utd, Chelsea and Liverpool, perhaps sporadically Inter would get into that group of three (this is continuing)
Continuation... your Ronaldo point is probably the weakest point ever. I admit that my opinion that England and Spain hold the best league's in the world is mine (along with the rest of analytical Europe), and as a result, seen as Ibrahimovic has never performed against these two leagues, his performances in the weak italian league constitute my idea that, yeah he is over-rated because he is playing in a league that players can't wait to get out of as soon as they have made a name for themselves
mhm, long balls and crosses .. aspart from Barca an Arsenal, the EPL/La /liga are as exciting as a donkey sleeping. [would have used the paint drying example but it wasn't available right now]. Untill you actually start watching Italian football [not just in the hype that is the champions league], I will then take your long winded bullshit seriously. As far as I am concerned, the Italian league is the best in the World at the moment and always will be, technical football is what it's all about!
okay, don't use conjecture like until (one 'l' by the way) I start watching Italian football, you have no way of knowing that I watch it or not; so would the fact that in the last ten years, there have only been two Italian clubs in the CL final? Or is that just a convenient fact?
You have just made clear your position, in what you consider to be a gauge [champions league] of individual league level, which just goes to show you have bought into the hype. Just because there have been only two Italian teams in the past 10 years in a champions league final, does not mean that it diminishes the leagues status. As those 3 or 4 teams do not represent the strength of the other 16 teams. What the CL does is let you know what team is better that year. Not league! Mr conjecture!!!
Ha, I don't know whether to continue a debate with someone that ends an argument with Mr.Conjecture. Right, so the competition that is designed to find the best team in Europe, doesn't show who the best team is? And, you also seem to have missed my point about if Ibrahimovic moved to England and Spain and did well then of course, we can see he is "world class", but until then, he's just a good player in a league that is digressing in quality.
Ibrahimovic does not need to go to Spain or England to be considered world class. Del Piero, Maldini, Totti, Raul, Gerrard, Giggs, etc etc, did not need to leave their respective leagues to be considered such so why should Ibra be any different? And I never said the CL does not show the best team, rather it does not reflect the STRENGTH of any one league. And yes, Mr. Conjecture, (untilllllll), My English shan't be corrected by an American of all people! Until was a typo!!!
An american? That would be me, living in Birmingham, England you assuming idiot! You made your own point weak then by mentioning players from England and Spain, and then the other two played in Italy during it's days as one of the best three leagues in the world. All I'm saying is that Ibrahimovic has only proved himself to be good in the Serie A which is at the moment, weaker in quality than England and Spain. For him to world class, either Italy needs to get better, or he needs to move!
Well, if you are not an American, then I you must be desperate to be one. Where have you gotten this silly idea that the Italian league is "weaker" than the Spanish and English Leagues? Because of the champions league? You haven't a clue mate! By that same logic, Portugal should have been the "strongest league" in 2003/4! Like I said before and get it through your thick skull, the Champions league is not a gauge for the strongest league, it is a gauge for the strongest TEAM (s)!!!!
This silly idea? Err, the fact that most of Europe's greatest talents now play predominantly in Spain and England. Okay, so if the champions league doesn't show which league is the best (which I'm fairly certain I never said), then does Ibrahimovic scoring goals against the absolute shit in Italy show he is a world class player? No. All of the greatest players in the world have performed at a greater level than their own respective leagues, as of yet, Ibrahimovic has yet to that.
Also, this idea that you seem to have driven into your head that I am/want to be American is so completely unfounded that I don't know whether you are being sarcastic. In fact, judging from the levels of intelligence that you have shown me in our debate, I wonder whether you have the capacity to be sarcastic?...Perhaps not.
What on earth does that mean? Was that meant to be a quip towards my supposed admiration and idealism to Americans? Because if it was, then (once you read my next comment), you definately are digressing. Infact, you may even be a degenerate.
Ahh, I've just seen why you think I'm American. I have absolutely no idea why it says I'm from the U.S on my account. Wierd that, almost as wierd as to why we are still having this argument, when it's clear that Ibrahimovic is a pile of shit when playing against good teams, and good when playing against the equivalent of England and Spain's second divisions.
Again, the baseless!!! Where is the proof that, he "is a pile of shit when playing against good teams", the champions league? Is that your criteria for a player to be considered World Class?
"Europe's greatest talents now play predominantly in Spain and England" and they didn't in the past, when Italian teams were on top? Ridiculous! How can you, again say that Italy is shite without any proof and then proceed to debase Ibrahimovic based on your ... baseless claim!!! Italians are renowned, world wide for their defending quality, [and according to English punters - the only thing they can do!], so how is it that when Ibra scores there, he is nothing?
I don't understand your line of argument. It seemed then that you said that because he scores alot in Italy, that means he is world class? Surely, scoring alot doesn't constitute purely as making you a world class player, especially in Serie A. And also, my baseless opinion is shared by pundits around Europe, and players, that conveniently seem to flock to Spain and England. Wierd that, I wonder why they go there and not to Italy? Perhaps to play better teams and players? Maybe.
tell me what players have went to Enlgand - I mean real players, not Robinho! Torres? um ... I can't think of anyone else really, who is WORLD CLASS!!! Spain, maybe, they do go there, but to only two teams!
My argument it, that there is no need to move leagues or win the champions league to be considered a World Class player. My Totti example was to prove that he is World Class now and always was, he did not need the dominance of a league to make himself great, or to move away from it!
I think Ronaldo, the player who became the best in the world, because of England, should suffice, but anyway. Henry, Tevez, Mascherano, Petr Cech etc. This isn't really what the debate was about though; I feel, and I know that you disagree, that for Ibrahimovic to be classed, and to be proven, as world class, he will need to play better in bigger events, or move to a bigger league, and play in the two (as most of Europe feels) best leagues in England and Spain. I can't be arsed to argue this...
anymore because It's obvious that we won't argue, so I'll read your reply and leave a polite message back, but after that, I'll go my way in being correct in thinking that he isn't all that he's cracked up to me, and you can continue to live in your world of disillusion and believe that he is "world class". But honestly, think to yourself, would Ibrahimovic, get into your squad, of the best players in the world? Because I can think of atleast ten strikers that are better than he is. Thank you.
eh, actually he would be in my team! And farewell to you too, live in you deluded world of EPL being "the best league in the world/Europe" and allow [XD] the rest of Europe to "agree" with you on how truly "great" it is! The fact still remains that you have provided me no good reason as to why Ibra has to move to another league to be considered world class and the criteria you [and every other english commentator] is using, is based on performances in the farce that is the Champions League! Bye!
Totti and Del Piero were legends and they still are and always will be. Just because their teams have not won a "champions league" does not mean they, as players, are any weaker! Where was the dominance of Italian teams [your criteria not mine] in the champions league, when Totti won the Golden Boot in 2006?
Once again, at what point did I say that Totti and Del Piero weren't legends. Are you sure you aren't just scan reading my comments and reading what your mind wants to read? Are you genuinely a moron? You've made my point that Ibrahimovic needs to prove himself in another arena (whether that is another league or in an international tournament) even stronger by using the Totti example. I'm seriously questioning whether you are digressing as a human as this argument progresses.
Continuing (I know that this is arse-numbingly boring, sorry!)... As soon as Ibrahimovic leaves Serie A, which it seems like he will, and moves to Spain/England, how about we look at his record for his first two seasons (that's if he hasn't been carted off back to Italy for his shoddy performances) and then we can see if he is over-rated or not? I know which side I'm vouching for.
Barça with Ibra plus some renown left defender will be again an unbeatable team next season. We have a young team, in progression, and they have just known each other, it's their first year with Guardiola. That's only the beggining...Figure Messi, ibrahimovic and Henry, with xavi and iniesta feeding them with balls.Awesome. Don't miss la Liga if you want to see the football which will be copied the folloing five years. Visca el Barça i Catalunya
WEEEE! nanimovic! SE STO VIDEO AVESSE UN NOME DIVERSO SAREBBE PIù CERCATO E VISUALIZZATO... COMPLIMENTI COMUNQUE! Grande Ibra, IL BaStArDo del Calcio!!!!!!!

okay, don't use conjecture like until (one 'l' by the way) I start watching Italian football, you have no way of knowing that I watch it or not; so would the fact that in the last ten years, there have only been two Italian clubs in the CL final? Or is that just a convenient fact?
yahoooutstanding 2 years ago
You have just made clear your position, in what you consider to be a gauge [champions league] of individual league level, which just goes to show you have bought into the hype. Just because there have been only two Italian teams in the past 10 years in a champions league final, does not mean that it diminishes the leagues status. As those 3 or 4 teams do not represent the strength of the other 16 teams. What the CL does is let you know what team is better that year. Not league! Mr conjecture!!!
aasimazam 2 years ago
Ha, I don't know whether to continue a debate with someone that ends an argument with Mr.Conjecture. Right, so the competition that is designed to find the best team in Europe, doesn't show who the best team is? And, you also seem to have missed my point about if Ibrahimovic moved to England and Spain and did well then of course, we can see he is "world class", but until then, he's just a good player in a league that is digressing in quality.
yahoooutstanding 2 years ago
Ibrahimovic does not need to go to Spain or England to be considered world class. Del Piero, Maldini, Totti, Raul, Gerrard, Giggs, etc etc, did not need to leave their respective leagues to be considered such so why should Ibra be any different? And I never said the CL does not show the best team, rather it does not reflect the STRENGTH of any one league. And yes, Mr. Conjecture, (untilllllll), My English shan't be corrected by an American of all people! Until was a typo!!!
aasimazam 2 years ago
An american? That would be me, living in Birmingham, England you assuming idiot! You made your own point weak then by mentioning players from England and Spain, and then the other two played in Italy during it's days as one of the best three leagues in the world. All I'm saying is that Ibrahimovic has only proved himself to be good in the Serie A which is at the moment, weaker in quality than England and Spain. For him to world class, either Italy needs to get better, or he needs to move!
yahoooutstanding 2 years ago
Well, if you are not an American, then I you must be desperate to be one. Where have you gotten this silly idea that the Italian league is "weaker" than the Spanish and English Leagues? Because of the champions league? You haven't a clue mate! By that same logic, Portugal should have been the "strongest league" in 2003/4! Like I said before and get it through your thick skull, the Champions league is not a gauge for the strongest league, it is a gauge for the strongest TEAM (s)!!!!
aasimazam 2 years ago
This silly idea? Err, the fact that most of Europe's greatest talents now play predominantly in Spain and England. Okay, so if the champions league doesn't show which league is the best (which I'm fairly certain I never said), then does Ibrahimovic scoring goals against the absolute shit in Italy show he is a world class player? No. All of the greatest players in the world have performed at a greater level than their own respective leagues, as of yet, Ibrahimovic has yet to that.
yahoooutstanding 2 years ago
Also, this idea that you seem to have driven into your head that I am/want to be American is so completely unfounded that I don't know whether you are being sarcastic. In fact, judging from the levels of intelligence that you have shown me in our debate, I wonder whether you have the capacity to be sarcastic?...Perhaps not.
yahoooutstanding 2 years ago
unless you are using some other person's account then my point it valid!
aasimazam 2 years ago
What on earth does that mean? Was that meant to be a quip towards my supposed admiration and idealism to Americans? Because if it was, then (once you read my next comment), you definately are digressing. Infact, you may even be a degenerate.
yahoooutstanding 2 years ago
Ahh, I've just seen why you think I'm American. I have absolutely no idea why it says I'm from the U.S on my account. Wierd that, almost as wierd as to why we are still having this argument, when it's clear that Ibrahimovic is a pile of shit when playing against good teams, and good when playing against the equivalent of England and Spain's second divisions.
yahoooutstanding 2 years ago
Again, the baseless!!! Where is the proof that, he "is a pile of shit when playing against good teams", the champions league? Is that your criteria for a player to be considered World Class?
aasimazam 2 years ago
"Europe's greatest talents now play predominantly in Spain and England" and they didn't in the past, when Italian teams were on top? Ridiculous! How can you, again say that Italy is shite without any proof and then proceed to debase Ibrahimovic based on your ... baseless claim!!! Italians are renowned, world wide for their defending quality, [and according to English punters - the only thing they can do!], so how is it that when Ibra scores there, he is nothing?
aasimazam 2 years ago
I don't understand your line of argument. It seemed then that you said that because he scores alot in Italy, that means he is world class? Surely, scoring alot doesn't constitute purely as making you a world class player, especially in Serie A. And also, my baseless opinion is shared by pundits around Europe, and players, that conveniently seem to flock to Spain and England. Wierd that, I wonder why they go there and not to Italy? Perhaps to play better teams and players? Maybe.
yahoooutstanding 2 years ago
tell me what players have went to Enlgand - I mean real players, not Robinho! Torres? um ... I can't think of anyone else really, who is WORLD CLASS!!! Spain, maybe, they do go there, but to only two teams!
My argument it, that there is no need to move leagues or win the champions league to be considered a World Class player. My Totti example was to prove that he is World Class now and always was, he did not need the dominance of a league to make himself great, or to move away from it!
aasimazam 2 years ago
Eric Cantona? Cristiano Ronaldo? Both world class, both moved to England in order to gain that status.
yahoooutstanding 2 years ago
just two, any more?
aasimazam 2 years ago
I think Ronaldo, the player who became the best in the world, because of England, should suffice, but anyway. Henry, Tevez, Mascherano, Petr Cech etc. This isn't really what the debate was about though; I feel, and I know that you disagree, that for Ibrahimovic to be classed, and to be proven, as world class, he will need to play better in bigger events, or move to a bigger league, and play in the two (as most of Europe feels) best leagues in England and Spain. I can't be arsed to argue this...
yahoooutstanding 2 years ago
anymore because It's obvious that we won't argue, so I'll read your reply and leave a polite message back, but after that, I'll go my way in being correct in thinking that he isn't all that he's cracked up to me, and you can continue to live in your world of disillusion and believe that he is "world class". But honestly, think to yourself, would Ibrahimovic, get into your squad, of the best players in the world? Because I can think of atleast ten strikers that are better than he is. Thank you.
yahoooutstanding 2 years ago
eh, actually he would be in my team! Bye!
aasimazam 2 years ago
3 or 4 teams DO NOT represent the quality of the entire league!
aasimazam 2 years ago
Totti and Del Piero were legends and they still are and always will be. Just because their teams have not won a "champions league" does not mean they, as players, are any weaker! Where was the dominance of Italian teams [your criteria not mine] in the champions league, when Totti won the Golden Boot in 2006?
aasimazam 2 years ago
Once again, at what point did I say that Totti and Del Piero weren't legends. Are you sure you aren't just scan reading my comments and reading what your mind wants to read? Are you genuinely a moron? You've made my point that Ibrahimovic needs to prove himself in another arena (whether that is another league or in an international tournament) even stronger by using the Totti example. I'm seriously questioning whether you are digressing as a human as this argument progresses.
yahoooutstanding 2 years ago
Continuing (I know that this is arse-numbingly boring, sorry!)... As soon as Ibrahimovic leaves Serie A, which it seems like he will, and moves to Spain/England, how about we look at his record for his first two seasons (that's if he hasn't been carted off back to Italy for his shoddy performances) and then we can see if he is over-rated or not? I know which side I'm vouching for.
yahoooutstanding 2 years ago
As far as his shots to goal ratio - it's at 42% at the moment. Whereas someone like Cristiano Ronaldo was about 23% last I calculated ....
