The war battles of Suikidon 2 were so good, it really made all that hunting down each Star then organising them into the perfect troop so worth it. Not to mention the music and sound made it feel so epic - a true confrontration that'll last throughout history.

I'm surprised nobody has ever tried putting the war battles into a flash version, so people can play it - it was such a cool part of the game after all....

He should have insane strength just like Viktor or George, and have a unite attack with Gengen and Gabocha. That would be epic sauce if that were to happen.

@xWatchTheSky19x No, they both have their own storylines but a few characters from the first game are in the second one. I would recommend playing the first game first cause if you get all 108 stars of destiny and save at the last save point you can load the data of the first game on the second one and you'll get some really cool bonus content but if not then you could just start the second one and you'll get the storyline. :)

Whenever this war theme is played during the map battles, I really feel so intensified to play maybe because of the song. Oh it really sounds great and heroic esp. when attacking L'Renouille. Those Highlanders and Karay Clans! i will totally crush them! I have Perci and George at my side. Just got through another playthrough of this game. I love this theme. Near the end I stuck Pesmerga on Georg's unit, giving him a 16 attack. In nearly every one of their skirmishes, Georg's unit would annihilate the enemy unit, even if they're at full vitality. Amazing.

I heard that the translation effort was flawed on the NTSC version so some music does not play at all half the time and the sound effects are also a bit off if you pay a little closer attention, I have played both NTSC and PAL versions via emulator and there were HUGE differences.

simple, the beginning of the game with the captain sending soldiers after you, keep telling Jowy that the current is too fast and you will never make it which is constantly spawning soldiers which give piss poor exp and halfway decent money as well as various items and your trying the Matilda trick too early anyway, I did the trick right before the battle of the fort and got level 40 in mere minutes then I glitched another spot and got level 70 in minutes.

Great war minigame, but not much strategy involved, half the time the enemy would just wait for you, and you never had multiple objectives, just kill that dude and you win.

When I noticed I had killed the 3/4 of Highland's Army JUST with Ridley all alone with criticals. When My army reached to rescue him it was like 'NOO! Let me kill Luca just with Ridley, man!' hahaha

@ChiWaKaDiZ Luca was impossible to kill. With 4 swords on him, he use his rune to give you back 1 ou 2 swords on your back too! O_o I saved ridley so many time. Use the Chaco + horse to go faster to ridley. ;)

@jenniferthomas28 Using Vicktor + George Prime + Persmerga on front with killer on them, is an easy way to kill any boss easily. Always got 2 earth runes on 2 characters. (mother earth + earth on the same character is the ultimate def) If you put a cyclone or a flowing(?) on the hero with his shield, it give you a boost to heal your party. Special item to use: fury on Oulan. Fire seal on Zamza. Hix with his EXERTION on his sword could become powerfull+double-beat on him or Shiro...
